Why the score — what people flag
“The owners behaviour was very rude & also owners son one who maintains the pg both of them were act like a very nice & obedient but they are not, I will give you several points for that... 1. No proper parking space ouside during rainy season bike will be in full wet conditions 2. Food is only Andra mess, ther is no Karnataka food styles. 3. If your bike is theft the owner won't give any assurance on that they will tell you that check in the CC tv that's all. 4. For kannadigas there is no respect at all, even if we speak in kannada they will speak in either Telugu or Hindi. 5. Washing machine is in worst condition. 6. Owner son is very rude & he will act like don, bcz he has some local Andra guys contact he will tell that he will beat on us if we messup with him for unknown happenings 7. The pg's main gate will close at 10pm after that they won't open the gate if it is emergency also they won't open 8. There is no respect for kannadiga people who stays in that pg. 9. Rooms are so small compared to other pg's 10. Already owner's son warned me for several times for genuine reason which I have posted in Google reviews regarding this pg, but one day he met me purposefully & t”

“"Don’t believe these ratings. I gave this place a one-star rating while staying there, and the owner called me, told me to leave the PG, and demanded extra money for maintenance. He spoke to me very aggressively, like a goon. The owner's behavior is the worst I’ve encountered. While the rooms are clean and there is 24-hour hot water, the food is not great and the washing machines do not work properly. Additionally, if you don’t pay your rent exactly on time, he will call you every single day demanding money. This is my honest opinion."”

It is shameful that they run a business in Karnataka but show zero respect for the Kannada language or local people. The food is unhygienic and tastes bad. Also, the washing machine is always defective and never works when you need it. I do not recommend this PG at all. Very bad experience. The PG owner has no respect for Kannadigas. Their attitude of not giving value to Kannada while being in Karnataka is not right. The food is also not good and there is no cleanliness. The washing machine is always broken. Please no one joins here.
