“. There are two brothers who are maintaining this hostel. They give you nice joining experience with attractive words and behaviour. . Once you've joined the PG, the real game starts. You're locked( in terms of money). . They won't serve you properly, as promised while joining. 😂 . They won't pay you the refundable Advance amount. Let me explain my case.. . I've joined the hostel (Laxmii venkateshwara PG for Boys, 24th Road, Agara) on April 2022, in a hurry, so they took the advantage. . I've told him that I would be staying for less than a month. He agreed to it and I've bargained for reducing the fee (INR 7000 + Advance of INR 3000, in which 1500 is refundable while vacating) to INR 7000 + INR 2000 as Advance, in which 1000 is refundable. So, he made me to pay INR 9000 over phonepe. . After 3 days of Joining I had to leave to my home town, so I asked whether he could charge me on daily rental basis but he denied. So, I didn't vacate and came back to hostel after almost 20 days. . After coming back I had just 1 week time to get my next billing month. So, As I told him earlier that I would stay there for only 1 month I tried to vacate the hostel 2 days before the due date. . The g”

Food is not good, neither are the rooms, very small rooms, only 1 washing machine that is mostly not in working condition, 5 floors but no lift, In your absence they give room to someone else on a daily basis, rooms can be open with any key. Water tank is not clean
