The pg in it self is adequate at best and definitely not worth the money they demand. -> appliances are often not working -> common area is not cleaned often -> they charge for random things, I gave a 1 momth notice and left on the 13th, they charged me until 17th and haven't been removing thay charge. Regardless of how many calls i make to the useless customer support whose only response is - we csnt do anything I would suggest stay away from zolo. There are other pgs that are cheaper and better.

Subpar. It is too expensive for the kind of service it provides . You can see cost cutting and subpar quality products everywhere E.g they do provide a tv, but the tv is a small Chinese smart TV, which doesn't even run Netflix and is slower than internet explorer. The TV doesn't come with any cable subscription. All in all the TV is useless. You can find many such examples of subpar products/facilities here.

Decent staff and decent rooms But not the "best pg in koramangla" So many times my food in their fridge got spoilt because it works and doesn't work sometimes When I reach out to customer support they say "food You put in the fridge is your responsibility" - it doesn't seem like they feel it's their responsibility the appliances they take soo much money for rent from us are working and are fixed or replaced when they are not The lift has not been working for 2 weeks now and little has been done to fix it everyday it's "in 2 days it will be fixed" Just lies And through all of this they r sending extra charges through the app The pg is okay to stay in, location is great But management by zolo should be better and zolo should take more responsibility for things that are not working and damages caused by it. I feel there r better options in the same price range

The rooms are spacious and ventilated. The provide each one with a table to work or study along with a chair. Very well maintained. Cleaned on alternative days. Bathrooms are big. Very well secured with security cameras at all corners. There is no crowd at all in the area. Also there is a gym and a DMart near by.
