One of the very bad experience first time happened. Booked online, reached at 5 Am from Bangalore. No one to take responsibility, not given room till 8 am and still waiting. No phone is working even to contact the manager, irresponsible staff and none to answer. With such behaviour of staff people will definitely suffer, we are senior citizens still waiting for the accommodation though booked in advance. Hope the responsible person will take action. God bless

It is Opposite to the temple.. But not all rooms are cleaned properly.. It's looks very nice in outside view. Some rooms are very worst, but price is very high compared to other guest house 1000/- for Non AC 1500/- for AC rooms.. Only 2 people allowed.. If more people means reception people's become very rude.. Online booking is mandatory Amenities: Only Hot water

People who are in reception and who work there are very rude! I come here every year but the service is getting worse. They talk to the devotees as if they are doing them a favour for free! They act like as if we have gone to their homes. They aren't service minded and the management doesn't care about the complaints even if you write to them. They have this new thing called check out after 24 hrs and they don't even give you a few minutes extra. Compared to rajathadri, netravathi is worse. The only plus point here is it's very close to the temple.

The Manager in this hotel was completely a jerk. They do not know to respect elders and behave asif they own us. Third rated people and their behaviour towards customers is horrible. Their license should be revoked and not atall allowed to carry out business in this field especially in such a sacred place.

Good quality rooms? Uh. The AC room on top floor were full of moths. Yes flying moths and insects. Good we got another vacant room. Beds were just OK, hence pls don't expect luxury even if you get a moth free room.

They should lodge complaint against fake or froud person.. Lot of people lose their money because of that.. Recently my friend lost 2000 rupees because of that..

In my 30 years of visit to Netravathi guest house whenever I visit Dharmastala, this year 2023 the stay at netravati was totally bad. The rooms are very untidy, curtains are all smeared with eye liner and what not and have not been washed or replaced. Bathroom is totally very bad. Receptionist people needs some training on etiquettes. Whatever we say on reviews administration will anyway turn deaf or blind but atleast customers who read reviews can know to avoid or be prepared of what to expect from the services.

Worst way to talk to non locals doesn’t have the etiquette’s of piligirmage. They charge 1200 per day for A/c room but the room is not clean as the air smells dusty with A/c on and the fan runs on one speed i.e 5. If you change from 5 to any speed it shuts. Could be a possibility that they don’t cater the hospitality to people who are not locals or speak kannada. When asked don’t you provide towels or clean room the management speaks rude saying we don’t. While checking in when asked to show the room they deny and tear people bad. I do even have the pics
