hi my name is pranav i stayed in this pg for 1 month as my reason of leaving this pg is lack of privacy the owner shyam and her wife along with children are using the place for vacation as every weekend they will come to check rooms. there is no parking space they pay rent to local for parking on roads. food quality is very poor. shaym behaviour is very bad in term of giving back the security deposit. my vehicle got damaged every time. if you want to live in hostel with no privacy 100 restrictions to every single thing you can opt for this pg . you cant even take the food to your room because they dont know how to clean. again couples dont another restricted hell pls spend your money you have various other options than this pg

🚫Overpriced, unsafe & not worth the money Deposit & Rent: Rent was increased without prior notice, and the deposit was cut heavily without proper explanation. Food: Quality is below average, and often not enough is prepared - residents sometimes don't even get proper meals. Hot Water: They claim 24/7 hot water, but in the mornings it's just cold or lukewarm. Privacy & Safety: Staff/management have master keys and enter rooms without permission, which feels very unsafe, especially for girls. Complaints: Any issue raised is usually brushed off with "adjust." Overall, definitely not worth the price. You can find far better PGs in this area for the same or even lesser rent. And yes, the owner will probably comment below saying all this is fake. But this is my real experience, and I’ve only written what I personally went through. Future residents deserve to know the truth before deciding.

I’ve stayed in several PGs across different cities, including Bangalore, but this one was by far the most disappointing. During my stay, additional deposits were demanded, and when leaving, my amount was not refunded. Staff behavior often felt intrusive, there was no proper parking which led to frequent bike damage, and the food quality did not meet basic standards, leaving me concerned about health. Since staff held master keys, privacy was a major issue. Overall, I found the experience very uncomfortable and would not recommend this PG.

If you're looking for bad food, this PG is the perfect place! They consistently serve poor-quality meals, and on many occasions, we didn’t even receive anything to eat. The management doesn’t seem to care about the food quality or availability. Definitely not recommended if you value decent meals.

I stayed at Mio Colive PG in BTM Layout and had a mixed experience. The strongest aspects of this property are the food quality, cleanliness, and facilities. The food is tasty, with a good variety of options served regularly, making it one of the better PGs in terms of meals. Housekeeping is generally good, and the property offers amenities such as a gym, Wi-Fi, security, power backup, and comfortable living spaces. However, the rent is quite high. A single-sharing room costs around ₹28,000 along with a ₹10,000 security deposit, which may not offer the best value for money compared to other options in the area. One point that residents should be aware of is that ₹5,000 is deducted from the security deposit towards maintenance charges at the time of vacating, regardless of whether the stay is for one month or one year. This policy should be clearly understood before moving in. There are also maintenance issues that need attention. The refrigerator provided in the room was not functioning properly, and despite multiple complaints, no effective action was taken.
