“Reasons to avoid this PG: 1. Bed Bugs: Persistent bed bug issue causing sleepless nights; owner suggests bringing your own insect spray, because the bed bugs never leave or dies for the spray they use. 2. Poor Hygiene: Rooms are rarely cleaned leaking taps, dusty corners, and cobwebs are common, most of the times they lie you that your room is cleaned, bcz they clean when you leave to office. 3. Limited Hot Water: Hot water only available until 8 am with no geysers, as they use solar. 4. Stray Dogs often enter the building, adding to the discomfort. 5. Food Waste & Insects: Uncleared food waste leads to houseflies, bad odors, and health issues—I experienced severe stomach problems and typhoid. 6. Poor Ventilation: Windows are rusted shut, making rooms stuffy and smelly. 7. Laundry Issues: Only one washing machine with restricted use after 6 pm due to voltage issues. 8. No Vehicle Shelter: No roof cover for bikes, leaving them exposed to rain. 9. Limited Food Variety: Expect repetitive meals of rice and dal, with no roti or chapati”
