“The owner is a very greedy person. For some reason I was supposed to vacate the pg immediately. 30th March i told pg owner that I will be vacating the pg at the end of the month. He told, you should inform 15 days prior. I said ok that's my fault but I want to vacate. So he told pay the rent for the next 15 days. I told ok I'll pay. My rent was 8k so he told to pay 4k. 3k was my deposit so I told I will pay 1k more. Then he told no you need to pay the maintenance too 1.5k, I said no I won't pay. I talked with my friend he told not to pay any amount and vacate without informing. But still I told I will pay 500 maintenance too and I will vacate the pg 31st night or 1st April morning. The pg owner agreed I paid 1.5 k. Next morning (31st March) he got a renter for my bed and told me to vacate the pg. Now I am packing my bag. I am very disappointed with the behaviour. Why money is more important than the words you said just one day before. I am speechless🥺”

“Dont stay in this PG guys, the owner is a greedy person because of him i lost 3 lakhs in my account. he dont verifies anyone joining in the PG. he rented a new person in my room for 3 days that guy stolen all my belongings even after everything is locked in my cupboard and did financial fraud.”

DINESH M★★★★★Dont stay in this PG guys, the owner is a greedy person because of him i lost 3 lakhs in my account. he dont verifies anyone joining in the PG. he rented a new person in my room for 3 days that guy stolen all my belongings even after everything is locked in my cupboard and did financial fraud.

Ankur Raj★★★★★The amenities and hospitality from our owner was very friendly at first. He supports very well and pretend to be very good service provider. At first everything provided here kept me feel considerated and in my budget. He is very careless about the modernization. He has money only this is what keeps him alive and he never cares about other people livelihood. Some of the ratings according to the services; Food: Average Area cleanliness: Below average Security: Very bad Environment around the P.G: Very disgusting. Hygiene: Below average Overall proof of a wrong business which pretends to be very good.

Jayabalan R★★★★★First owner will talk sweet , but later part he'll show his real face,,, when u ask for your own advance he'lll says this is for bed this for this, he'll add every things prince on you,, food is bad , may be you'll survive but not that good advance 3k he'll return only 1k that also we have to talk with him for over 2 hrs ,, not tooo good place , but fair enough to manage , but you'll hate staying in pg after there ,, don't fall for owner sweet talk
