I rented a surf board from Surf Brothers for two days. The owner, Kiran, is polite and very flexible, and the team is still new and growing. However, I faced repeated delays around 30+ minutes yesterday and almost 40–50 minutes today. For surfers who wake up early and plan sessions around tides, punctuality is really important. I hope the team can work on more consistent timings, as it will make the overall experience much smoother. Wishing them the best as they continue improving.

SURF Brothers Surfing School and Hostel is a uniquely charming place, set quietly in the heart of a village, far away from commercial beach crowds. The location itself is one of its strongest assets. Right in front of the property lies a serene water body that allows kayaking during high tide. The waters are calm, peaceful, and safe, making it ideal even for beginners. During low tide, the water recedes completely, so kayaking is not possible, but safety is never a concern here. The surfing school is run by skilled and well-trained instructors who take safety very seriously. They provide sturdy kayaks, good-quality life jackets, and structured guidance, which makes the overall learning experience reassuring and enjoyable. Surfing courses start with a 3-day program, which includes surfing lessons, training, and stay. The pricing is fairly transparent—₹6,000 for tent-style accommodation outside the property, ₹7,000 for a dormitory, and ₹8,000 for a private room. However, there is hardly any practical difference between the dormitory and private room, as the private rooms do not have attached bathrooms, while the dormitory does. I spent 10 days at Surfbrothers on a solo trip, and it was honestly an amazing experience. The homestay was perfect — comfortable beds, a kitchen to cook your own meals, ice-bath, and lots of indoor and outdoor games to keep you engaged. Me and my friends visited The Surf brothers for a 5 days surf camp and were extremely happy with our decision. Everyone at the property from the owner (Shreyas and Kiran) to the trainers (Era, Akash and Praveen) to the guy who runs the show at the stay (Sachin) were extremely nice, cooperative, welcoming and experienced. The atmosphere of the surf club is extremely chill and absolutely perfect if you are looking for an escape that gives you the slow days...with the club being housefull we also had an amazing time interacting with multiple people who were attending the surf camps too. Also this place is absolutely safe for women! By day 5 all five of us were able ride waves, recover from the wear and tear with the ice baths that were provided, did night kayaking and left back for home with amazing memories that we will cherish for a very long time!

Recently finished my 5 days Surf course with SurfBrothers and Had a great time surfing. They were too kind to offer me another day's of extension. Shoutout to amazing instructor Era and Praveen for teaching with precision and patience. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe at the property and outside in Mulki. The property felt like home - a place to engage in so many activities and still let's you slow down.
