Rooms are good and spacious, but there is no room service. Swimming pool is closed due to low staff member. Surprisingly, kitchen cleaning staff and security guard is giving blankets and water bottles. No staff for room cleaning too. Restaurant service is very poor, slow. Food quality is average. Overall not good experience staying in Krishna Heritage Hotel. Not recommended at all if planning to have food in hotel. Writing this review after one day of stay, still one day to go. 29 December 2025

Pls never include your stay with breakfast or dinner here . Food is pathetic . Breakfast window is very small ie 7.30-9.00am , and all the items served were cold. Who wants to have breakfast as early as 8 or 8.30am on a holiday?? The only thing decent here are the rooms .

Title: Disappointing Experience at Krishna Heritage Hotel My recent visit to Krishna Heritage Hotel was marred by several disappointments. The service staff displayed a concerning lack of attentiveness, diminishing the overall dining experience. Despite my request for a fresh roti due to the initial serving being cold, the staff returned with the same roti, insisting it was FRESH. The persistently cold roti, coupled with the undercooked onion chili fried rice, underscored the issues with the culinary experience. To my dismay, the total bill amounted to 2200, a seemingly disproportionate cost given the subpar service and food quality. This experience at Krishna Heritage Hotel fell short of expectations, and I sincerely hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to enhance the overall dining satisfaction for future patrons.
