Misleading PG inside Urban Living apartment. The person who operate the PG sent fake WhatsApp video of clean room with attached bathroom, took advance payment. Actual room was dirty with no attached bathroom. He refused refund and stopped taking calls. Got my money back only after going to Konaje Police Station. Don’t pay advance without seeing the room in person.

I had a terrible experience with Urban Living Space. They are not paying back the security deposit, which was absolutely awful. I tried reach out to them via call and messages but no use (mostly no response) and the whole experience was just terrible. I will never suggest this for anyone.

Owner never returns the deposit. They give false promises. Smelly rooms, no lift, no power backup. No security for your belongings. Overall it’s terrible. Avoid this place at all cost.

As goods things has to be always appreciated. Taking time in my busy schedule to acknowledge the service provided by Urban Living Space. 😇 As a new arrival to Mangalore wasn’t exactly sure about the place. One of my friend recommended this place. Very smooth move in, everything was better than what I was expecting. Appreciate the fact that the office is reactive with phone calls, that's really a strength. All requests and questions were responded to in a prompt manner and every part of the service was first class. A big thanks for the staff member for recommending few places for sightseeing. Appreciate your help. Surely would recommend this place to my folks. 😄
