A quick review from your well wisher. 1. Too many bedbugs 2. Building poorly maintained 3. Electricity always disrupts especially for 2nd floor during peak morning hours when hot water and mobile charging us required. 4. Management worst in understanding tenants grievances. Even if they understands they would never fix the issue knowingly for purpose. 5. Poor Washing machine. Dryer never works. At the end I wanna conclude saying "rent 🔝 - maintenance ⬇️" Not worth it!!

Water & electricity problem is daiy, rent is very high and vacate time not return advance amount. owner not response the problems. Owner and all working team members are worst and third class persons..

Current tenant 1. Location is in small passage where too much dirt , water logging and unhygienic 2. Food is terrible awful (not getting adjective.Be prepare for food poison. 3. Owner is money making leech will not listen to you 4. My two pairs of shoes Nike and Puma got stolen (Owner not taking responsibility) 5. Filthy unhygienic PG RED ALERT NEVER EVER CONSIDER THIS PG

if you really care about your hard earned money then please don't prefer this pg they are charging 8000 for 4 sharing with no facility you willl not get good food also internet speed is very slow for 50 40 to 50 people only one broadband they have provided and also main thing they are changing the name of this pg in Google map because of poor ratings trust only those pg who have morethen 1 year of ratings and reviews if you want to stay in pg best location is btm thankss
