“Worst NO window room, towels were unclean and was very dirty. Room was having a bad odour that made us had vomiting. Toilet was not clean and smelled bad, mugs & bucket was not clean and it was yellow dirty stuffs visible and western toilet. Pillows and beds were brown Noisy environment with traffic horns heard so loud cannot have a proper sleep. They disagree to refund the amount saying it was non-refundable. But it is refundable.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. No matter what you book, it seems their policy is to tell people that they booked a cheaper room in order to try and force them to pay more for the room they actually booked. In my case, I booked a room inclusive of air conditioning and was told I needed to pay an extra Rs. 5,000 if I wanted to get this. My room even had an air conditioner in it but they refused to provide me with the remote unless I paid more.||||Rooms did not look remotely like the photos, extremely small, dated and dirty. My room was covered in dust, wood chippings, rusty nails, dead bugs and more. Sheets didn't look clean and towel was filthy with holes in it. Staff refused to clean my room when asked.||||Wifi did not work at all and they did nothing about it. In fact, every time I asked about the wifi they just said "We have high speed wifi" even though it obviously didn't work and they refused to answer any of my questions.||||Staff were physically aggressive and intimidating and many sat out of the front of the hotel staring and leering at the few women who dared to walk past.||||Disgusting amount of mosquitoes that infest all rooms and common areas.||||Staff compl”

AliF309★★★★★Overcharged at check-in, given the wrong room, wifi non-existent on our floor. Complained and got moved but still put in a non-AC room, this time with no window, and still didn't get a refund for the overcharging. The day staff said it was the night staff's fault we were overcharged. Later, they said it was booking.com commission we had to pay. After that, they said it was some random other tax. So dishonest they can't even get their story straight. ||||Absolutely crazy, lying, illogical staff - even when the wifi cut out on their computer and we said, "See, the wifi doesn't work," they said, "Yes, it's working." Our reservation said it was an AC room, they said, "No, you booked non-AC." Completely impossible to deal with. Also complete inability to answer direct questions. Overheard them refusing to help another guest get transport to the airport. ||||Ceiling over the bathroom in our 2nd room wasn't complete and construction was happening overhead. People could see into our bathroom but also heaps of debris kept accumulating on the floor. Staff didn't care at all. The 2nd room's window opened onto reception rather than outside.
