“Horrible experience with the property manager. They showed me a room and took token money from me. I put notice in my current place, and now they called me to tell me that the room is no longer available. BAD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. They are scamming people by showing them one property and then cancelling 2 days before move-in date to make them move to their other less-maintained properties.”

“I have stayed in multiple cities before, but this is the worst place I've ever stayed in.... Rent is way too high ( for single bed they charge 13000/- and above this electricity charges Rs. 10/unit ) above this they charge randomly Rs 500/- so, effectively one end up paying Rs. 16000/-....in this money one can easily get 1bhk... , every time amenities are out of order and if complained, most of the time they take 3-4 weeks for resolving the issue.... Property manager is rude and not at all cooperative... Only good thing is housekeeping.....”

Sriharsha Palanki★★★★★31 July 2021 Avoid Zolo at all costs. Random charges are suddenly imposed without the 30 day notice (as per their own lease agreement). In 2021, a sudden COVID charge of ₹500 was imposed without the mandatory 30 day notice (if we want to leave the property, we need to give the 30 day notice, but they just send an email and within 24-48 hours, the charges are imposed forcibly). The management does not take action even if we drop a ticket. We are only staying in Zolo because the caretaker (Tek) and the 2 housekeeping staff help us within the property if we need help. I'm thankful to them for their help during the lockdown as well. Fact is Zolo doesn't provide them with enough food and it is unfair to treat them that way. Zolo described that the COVID charge for the housekeeping staff who are affected by COVID. Fact is they fired people (3 people from Zolo paradise) and we don't even know where these funds were actually used. The customer care is pretty useless. Tickets have to be raised via the app and the customer care simply closes them. Tried to contact the owner - Nikhil Sikri - who is not available anyway. -- Update - I myself have filed a RTI application and officially the

Pariiksit Mehrra★★★★★Horrible customer service. I am still waiting for my refund, I had paid a token amount in December 2020 which I am still awaiting refund. I didn't stay there at all as I didn't like the rooms. Please do not pay any token/booking amount here before you see the property. Their manager Dev is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place ever.

Hirena Mehta★★★★★Very poor customer service. I was committed a room and one day prior to my arrival when I called the property manager he told me there are no rooms available. Would not recommend relying on their staff.

PUK 444★★★★★The room was good and the PG was well maintained. But I have given a low rating due to their way of handling charges. One recommendation I would give who is interested in taking up the PG is that before you join the PG, contact the customer care and ask about all the "hidden charges" and the process to vacate. They charged me a notice period money claiming I vacated in less than 30 days. I had clearly mentioned to the caretaker that I would be vacating the PG after a month. But only on my 5th or th day, the caretaker informed me that I need to formally initiate the notice through their app and I was charged an additional money for that stating that I had not initiated the notice prior to 30 days. Apparently the customers are expected to know the app by themselves or call the customer care executive and learn the operation. I thought it is the responsibility of the Managers to take care of these.
