Very Bad Experience — Totally Disappointed We had a very bad experience during our stay. I had booked rooms for two families, but the rooms were completely different from the photos shown on the Goibibo site. There were no basic facilities — no proper shelf, dirty waste bins, and the rooms were very poorly maintained. They charged ₹2000+ per room, which is not at all worth it. The approach road to the resort is in terrible condition, and the lawn is unclean with overgrown grass. Although the resort rules clearly mention that alcohol and smoking are not allowed, there were bachelors sitting right in front of our room drinking and smoking. There was also no privacy, as the rooms are too close to each other — we could hear conversations from the next room. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant stay. Not recommended at all.

During our recent stay, we were extremely disappointed with the service provided. The hot water in our room was not working throughout our stay, which caused a great deal of inconvenience. Despite repeatedly informing the staff about the issue, there was no proper response or action taken to resolve it. Instead of addressing the problem seriously, they provided silly reasons and excuses that made the situation even more frustrating. We expected at least a basic level of courtesy and responsibility from the service team, but unfortunately, their attitude was careless and unprofessional. Hot water is a basic necessity, especially for guests staying in a hotel, and such issues should be handled promptly and efficiently. The lack of proper communication and follow-up showed a clear disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. We had chosen this place expecting good service and hospitality, but the unresponsiveness and poor handling of a simple issue left a negative impression. We truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better maintenance and staff training in the future so that no guest has to go through the

Had a terrible experience. Booked 3 rooms through MakeMyTrip, however the property denied check in saying they can offer only 2 rooms. It's so horrible and irresponsible by both property and MakeMyTrip by not ensuring the booking is appropriately taken. The property owner cooly says he will give the refund, which is totally not an acceptable behaviour. I trusted the Google reviews before choosing this place, I now doubt if they are just made up reviews or paid reviews. Think twice before you book here.

We had booked 3 rooms via MMT for 4th June almost a week back but when we called on the arrival date they said they haven't received how many rooms were booked but in our confirmation it is explicitly mentioned and the amount was also deducted. Can't believe it will be MMT problem because it is confirmed and also these are automated system. This is like another typical Homestay where things are not predictable. With elderly person and kids we had to roam around for rooms. Never go by ratings.

Calm place excellent homely food and friendly and polite staff. Rooms where extremely clean and great atmosphere! One suggestion for travelers call and inform them in advance if need food after reaching and one suggestion for property owner put some signboard somewhere around main road it will help travelers without asking someone on road. Overall experience was good.
