Firstly, while checking-in, there was no staff in the reception, had to continuously call and wait for half an hour. (Still fine) There was previous client's clothes in the wardrobe, which means rooms aren't properly cleaned, the bed had blood stains (this messed up my mind). When I asked the only staff to change my room, he rudely said me to check-out. Electricity was cutting out regularly and the backup used to turn on only after half an hour. Drinking water is also wierd (carry your own).

Very disappointing stay. The hotel experience was extremely bad and not at all suitable for families. The rooms were not well maintained, cleanliness was poor, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay and will not consider staying here again.

The room is not soo clean, there is dust everywhere. Blankets were not clean, seems like they have not changed. Couldn't even open windows due to mosquitoes. The bathroom has broken glasses. Even though we should order food from outside, there is no supply of food in the hotel. It is not worth the money. Only a person is there for maintenance of the whole hotel. TV is also not working. Waste of money for such a worthless room. The hotel location is very far from the main road. Very disappointed.

What a pathetic place i choose to stay! Let me tell you all my experience.. As this was my second visit to mysore i had little idea how will be the rooms are.. Then i told the receptionist i need a good clean room please.. Then this is what happened..Dirty Room, Dirty Bedsheet and blanket with bad smell, electrical damaged sockets, dirty full of teared towels, leaking pipes, dirty toilet, no bidet shower.. I have stayed the worst room ever i realized. Nothing Good to stay.. Don’t fall for the positive reviews.. Go for some other places rather than staying in this place.

Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I had an absolutely horrible stay at this hotel. There was no team or staff available for any kind of support; only one person was doing everything, and to make it worse, he only spoke the local language, making communication nearly impossible. The washroom had no lights, and despite bringing it up, nothing was fixed. The shower pipes were broken, and they had no interest in repairing them. The TV was just placed in the room as a showpiece – it wasn’t even connected or working. On top of everything, the only staff member present was incredibly rude and unsupportive. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. A complete waste of money – do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Rooms are very untidy and shaby for the price paid. Bathroom is cleary visible to neighbors don't know what the hotel management is doing. See the attached photo owner giving balcony movie experiences to the neighbours, terrible care taker least bothered to even cover it when informed.

• Alert: Fake 5-star reviews below. • The hotel is not even worth 2 stars. • No daily maintenance unless requested for room cleaning. • Limited amenities: no iron, washing facilities, NO TV channels (only Wi-Fi and smart TV available). • Only a 500ml water bottle provided, no toothbrush or paste. • Towels are not changed even after a week. • Bed covers are dirty and emit a bad smell. • Wall paints inside the room look unclean. • Located in a remote area, requiring a 200-meter walk to reach a tea shop. • Only girls and individuals with certain body types seem to occupy the rooms, as observed. • The hotel may not be conducive for families based on the observed clientele. • Despite the mentioned shortcomings, the hotel has a friendly receptionist, which could contribute positively to the overall guest experience. • Prices are negotiable if you walk into the hotel and hire a room.

I don't understand the good ratings. I stayed one night and I can't recommend this Hotel. It is in a middle of an industrial area. Someone wrote there is a nice view... what does he mean? Nice view to industrial buildings? When I arrived there was a lot of noise from the workers using machines in the industrial building next to the hotel. The room was dirty, dust and hair on the floor and stains on the linen and bed sheets. I had to ask to clean everything and then it was ok. Well, I could see the blanket when the linen has been changed... I took it off and only used that for the night. After coming from the airport with more than 40 hours of no sleep, this was really annoying. The tap is not fixed properly and the water spread everywhere. Then I heard the staff next room playing loud music or films or YouTube or whatever. The rooms are very badly soundproofed. During the night I heard a baby crying and a mother loudly singing to comfort it but it felt like they're both next to me, right in my bed. I paid 1000 INR (ca. 11,50 Euro). That's an impudence! My first stay in India. I learned. Later I had accommodations much cheaper and 100 times better.

Positive : Rooms and hotel is clean. Negative : 1. Hotel is in a layout dead end. Localities park their vehicles on road blocking the way to this hotel. 2. No lift if u have 3rd floor room you need to carry your luggage yourself. 3. No room boy 4. They say they will accommodate 4 people in a room in make my trip. After reaching there it is 2 beds and he says king size bed and asked extra bed says extra charges. 5. Tv nothing comes you need to sign in your creditenals and use. 6. Parking place in ground. Need to see and park to avoid rats eat off your cars. 7. No kitchen nothing. 8. Price over charged in peak time not worth.
