The hotel is on the main road. Booked 2 rooms (Maple) (for 2 families) over phone and specifically requested for parking of 2 cars. But no arrangement was made for proper parking. Rooms are not spacious, not illuminated adequately and not maintained properly. Old linens and curtains. Only one staff was very courteous. There was no restaurant in this property but “Very Limited” breakfast was served from outside. Room tariff is overpriced for the facilities.|Overall experience - Service quality needs improvement. Not at all worth for money. I would definitely NOT recommend this property.

Very bad.. The hotel amenities are nowhere comparable with the room rent they charge. No toiletries, shampoo etc provided. Their complementary breakfast was terrible. No restaurant of their own. They purchase from outside and serve on their terrace. We had just idli-vada, chutney-sambar, bread-jam and tea. Everything except vada were of poor standard. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The person who managed hotel was rude and spoke loudly. We 5 girls had been there for bridal shower, and we did ask for 11 am till 7 pm. And although rates were less for 24 hrs stay in online sites, we paid directly much more money for half a day , since we didn't needed any issue at that moment n ol.. while paying n ol, they r sweet n ol. But while we checked in , it was late , we checked in at 2 pm, but they said at that moment that we must leave by 6-6:30, but we said, we already said for 7 but will try... Earlier, we were not informed about ac n non AC rooms etc , later when we called , then they said we hav been booked for non ac room, n for ac it would cost extra. We ignored this thing n didn't take ac. Then around 6 we got calls n we did say will checkout in sometime.. n then again they called n we said 5 mins will checkout but then around 6:30 only 1 last call we didn't pick up as that moment itself we were leaving. Then that person came n knocked the door, n spoke to us in extremely LOUDLY N RUDELY way, which was completely wrong behaviour and then as soon as we stepped out, he banged the door. Worst expirence. HOTEL MANAGER IS VERY RUDE. Did not provide ac service and when asked informed to pay extra 200 rs. Charged extra and however informed to leave 1 hour early although we checked in late. Would rate in minus if there was the option available.

Due to dushara rush the hotel charged us more than twice, that is still okay but the service and amenities are absolutely pathetic they don’t even give you free water, breakfast was miserable , no in room dining offered and no restaurant in or around hotel and the location is far from city. Would not recommend at all🙁

We booked for 5 ac rooms and payment done through online. When we reached there, we realized that only three rooms have AC facility. After lots of struggle we got ac rooms for the rest @1.00 am. And they charged extra fee for the usage of 2 non ac rooms for just 2 hours. Feel cheated

Worst hotel ever.. By mistake we for wrong date.. Without checking the date they gave us room after sometime when we were having our dinner they called us and told us to leave the room immediately and pay for whole day.. We tried to speak but manager was so rude that he started to shout evn when we told we have done the full payment they were not ready to chane the date also.. At night 10 pm they asked us to leave... Bad hotel ever I seen in my life..
