Went and saw the place, within a day they gave the room I was looking for to some other person. Three rooms were vacant when I went to see, all were unavailable suddenly and no prior information from them. Atleast you should communicate things properly. Wasted my time completely. Really need to have better staffs who know what COMMUNICATION means.

One of the worst PGs I stayed ever in my life. We could see big rats all over on dining floor. We stopped eating food in pg only because of these bloody big rats. As soon as we enter the pg premises a bad odour can be observed. No matter how many times you get your room cleaned this bad smell stays on. - Absolutely not recommended 👎

"Beware of Security Deposit Scammers!" This PG (Paying Guest accommodation) operates with unethical practices, particularly when it comes to security deposits. Initially, everything might seem fine – they’re polite and welcoming, and they make big promises about how everything is transparent. However, the real trouble begins when you try to get your security deposit back after moving out. They come up with excuses like pending maintenance costs, exaggerated utility bills, or baseless accusations of property damage to deduct a large portion of the deposit. In some cases, they outright refuse to return the deposit, citing vague "policy changes" or "terms" that were never disclosed beforehand. If you raise concerns or try to negotiate, they either delay the process endlessly or become uncooperative. The lack of professionalism and honesty is deeply concerning. Despite fulfilling all the conditions for a refund (e.g., proper notice, no damages), tenants are left chasing their money. I strongly advise anyone considering this PG to be cautious. Stayed for 6 months in Pro4 elite - C block Food quality is average Room and floor cleaning is worst Attitude of cleaning staff and property managers is worst, complaints closed without any resolution or saying it’s not possible to do it My locker was open for more than 1month before getting fixed Vehicle damaged by someone in night but property managers didnt even check for 3-4days even after filing complain and casually said cameras are not there Mattress quality is worst, even I have asked for changing it but didn’t even change it Choose better pg than staying here, money minded people and bad service in pg

Pros : Best in hygienic cleaning on alternative Days, Neat food for 3 times, Power back up, No water issue. Cons : Sometimes on weekends night little bit noisy, If management take steps on Individual floor and avoided means that will be great.
