My family of 8 pax booked 4 rooms in this hotel for one night stay on 26/10/2024. The booking was done through Easemytrip website basing on reviews / ratings available on the website. My experience at this hotel is pathetic. This is not a hotel at all. It's an industrial shed located in stinking industrial area, converted into a make shift hotel. The sheet roof and some semi finished walls is what you get here. We had horrible experience spending one night here. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel. The nearest restaurant is about 1.5 kms away. One day's stay in this hotel spoilt our entire holidays. My family cursed me for booking rooms in such dirty, sheet roofed, makeshift type of structure with absolutely no facilities / amenities. I can now make out that all the good reviews / ratings about this hotel in various websites are sponsored and are far from truth. It's a Pain Residency and not Shine Residency. I don't know how long these people can fool the general public.

It was quiet shocking to see a 4.6 rating to this supposedly to be a hotel for lodging They are still under construction and there are rooms which are just there just to sleep and get out The location I would rate negative , there is no food service for South Indian. No beverages They charged whopping 3800 for a Ac room for a night. This including an extra bed. The rooms are just below average , not maintained The bed sheets, bed spreads were smelly Not washed The toilet and bathroom are not clean even after they cleaned it was in same condition. Please refer the pics posted for same I would never recommend this place for even a half day or refreshment stay. Please do not go by the rating It should be rated 2 or below There are many hotels inside the city or just while entering Mysore city

Photos online do not match the reality! It's in an industrial area. A factory/shed converted to rooms. There's nothing deluxe about it. The rooms do not have windows and dimly lit. Sheets are not well cleaned. We spent more time in the well maintained outdoor lawn/dining area. The prices were inflated 3x due to a last minute booking on a vacation weekend which was understandable but wasn't worth it.

Not worth for the price paid. Spent almost 11K for a single room(extra bed) for 2 days. The room is worth for only 1000-1500. Had been in this place during Mysore Dussehra festival(had no option to explore other hotels which were very expensive). Very far from the city center, cannot find any other decent veg hotel near by, it is manageable if you have a car. There is an attached restaurant to this lodge which server Veg & Non-veg. It would be difficult for pure vegetarian family. Have enough parking lot. Hotel seems to be new, but already, bed sheets, pillow covers , extra bed provided are in pathetic condition. Bathroom fittings seems to be new but they are not working(hot water/cool water knob) . TV works with only you tube. Very minimal comfort.

The area is not great.. though the place is maintained. Rooms are horrible no chance to see the sky or take fresh air. Because no windows. Choose ac rooms in order not to get suffocated.. else fans also don't work. They have only 2speeds one or Zero.. which is tooo fast with hot air because the roof is wooden.. and may be suitable for cold weather.. but way too expensive in that area..

Worst hospitality from the hotel staff. Mistakenly booked 2 rooms for 2 adults whereas we wanted it for 4 adults. Reached around 10PM for overnight stay and they allowed 4 people to check-in. However, next morning they called us and asked to pay 1000 rupees extra for extra 2 guests. Since the receptionist changed in the morning we didn't have any option rather than paying. They behaved really inappropriately once we started negotiating to waive off the extra charges. With no extra perks or amenities other than rooms I think this can be waived.

Had booked seeing good reviews on google, thinking paying 4400per night services provided will be the good and there were 63+ amenities provided on the website. However 1. Trying to reach the location we took so much time as the roads leading to it was blocked and no one called to enquire what time we are reaching as we were late which all the hotels etc do that. 2. When we reached the location after a difficulty it was written no outside food or beverages allowed when we enquired about it they said sorry we don’t have in-house resturant you can order through Swiggy or Zomato. This however was not mentioned restaurant itself is not constructed but in their page it said cafe , coffee shop and restaurant is available. 3. Private entry was written I don’t know from which angle private entrance was there. Near our room there was a location where government seal was done . 4. After entering we saw there is no cupboard to keep the clothes when it was mentioned luggage storage was available. 5. There was no telephones also provided to call. 6. Once we entered the bedsheets was dirty , toilet was dirty looked sticky and unclean after asking them it was cleaned. 7. Welcome kit was mentione

It is not even worth one star, we paid 6k for one room which is not even worth 1k. The bathrooms are so dirty, there is no proper roof, it is all just sheets. Not sure how this has got 4.6 reviews overall, it might be because they asked you to do it in front of them at the reception.

Literally located in a Commercial Industrial Area. Rooms are large . But the style of rooms made us to feel like a partioned dormitory like a hostel. And food price is extremely high and no proper people to serve us. Next beds, pillow and blanket are not even maintained properly with room full of low grade scents sprayed.
