I have lived in this pg , where the owner is a bihari ( Amar bhaiya ) and he did mechanical engineering but after searching for a job in Bangalore he could not find any so he set up his pg business . He is very money minded and there are termites in the beds of this pg also the food is very bad . I wanted to shift from one room to another but he didn't let me do so and he froze my deposit . Very bad experience

This is the worst PG in the entire BTM area. The manager, Amar Bhaiya, lacks basic humanity and courtesy. He frequently engages in arguments with the tenants and often escalates matters unnecessarily by calling the police. His behavior creates a hostile and uncomfortable living environment for everyone. I would strongly advise against staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and respectful place to live.

Tha manager is very greedy and don't think about students life they just need money and for that they do whatever he wants to do fool students about coaching center and all.And don't return advance money back if anyone has problems and not join the hostel. No cleanliness no hygiene no quality.

Worst PG I've ever seen. No power backup, no good food, no proper cleaning, Owner is a chindi chor who doesn't refund security fees. I lived in this PG for more than 6 months and I was honest when it came to Rent and everything. But these third grade people think they are kings of Bengaluru and don't appreciate the feedback that customers give. I've visited places all over India and first time I met with an unprofessional person Amar. Mouse problems in the kitchen, hairs in food. If you try to complain him then they will target you et etc. He profits from everything starting from cutting off electricity mid day to making foods in less quantity for all those who are staying in the PG. A lot of rooms have Bed bugs 🐛 you can't even sleep . Alfa one PG is better PG than Devsheela at least. It has power backup and all. Amar is getting more profit by providing less salary to workers like Deepak (who claims of being manager but he is not worthy) and their other workers as well. Beware of frauds

Worst PG i have ever visited in my whole life, they have 4.7 star due to paid reviews dont trust them. Owner does not care about anything their manager deepak dont know how to behave. Worst sevice, not clean. Never go in this pg after seeing YouTube channel "shahi vlogs", in this they have show only good things. Thanks.

Not good at all, sahi volg YouTube channel has been paid to give the reviews.... Cleanliness is worst in the pg,food is not good at all very oily food somedays breakfast is good, lunch you can eat some day but dinner time food is very oily, 7days in a week only 3 days total food is edible otherwise you have to eat food outside only. Pg room prices are very costly mainly 2 sharing which is costlier than the bestest pg in btm layout phase-1.. 3 sharing rooms are also very small only good thing is the ventilation is some of 1,2,3,4,5 floor is very good... But cleanliness is not there drinking water issue will be there if you go there on the above floors except on the ground floor.. Deepak the manager of the pg is a disobedient, misbehaving person who does not listen to any problem which is stated by the pg renters.. The worst manager I have ever seen in my life.... The owner of the pg is polite but he also lacks management skills bcz he could take care of things pretty easily but he is very lazy to take the decision I have stayed there for one month worst experience.... Be cautious before going to the pg there are many PGs available which are far far better than this.. You can roam a
