“One of the worst PGs I've stayed at, the app is just to fool you, lots of hidden charges. The discount they say you'll get on your rent randomly vanishes. The manager here seems like he's doing you a favour, even after the full deposit and rent was paid. Pathetic.”

“I wish I could give Zolo PG zero stars because my experience has been beyond terrible. From the moment I moved in, it's been a nightmare. The promises made were all fake – from amenities to food quality, everything fell short. Firstly, the power backup is nonexistent, leaving us in the dark during frequent power outages. Additionally, it's been 12 days since I reported a broken almirah, and there's been no resolution in sight. The hygiene standards are appalling, and water quality is questionable at best. What's worse is the complete lack of response or action from the management. It feels like they're just interested in taking our money without providing any real value or service. My advice to anyone considering Zolo PG: steer clear unless you enjoy throwing your money away and living in misery.”

“PLEASE DON'T COME HERE EVER. Don't come here it's the worst PG, filled with problems, like water problems like motor not working, cockroach infestation to lift not working for 3 whole weeks then wifi problems which they cheap out on after the recharging for a month and won't recharge after 3-4 days. And the issues keep pileing up. With washing machine breaks and lack of response when raised tickets for the issue. Overall if possible I could have given 0 stars.”

“Well here is an Honest review after staying over 12-months in the property. Pros: 1) Good professional setup 2) Amenities like WiFi, TV is provided. 3) It has spacious rooms as compared to other PGs nearby 4) Parking space available (limited numbers only 2- wheelers) Cons: 1) The property has become a hub / playground for beat policemen who easily barge in premises threatening the caretaker and staffs for raids without search warrants. 2) Dining space is near the garage where bikes are parked (very unhealthy) 3) Extremely poor power backup supply. 4) Caretakers cannot give proper explanation to any changes implemented whether change of WiFi password / exhaustion of TV subscription / less food quantity 5) Poor water pipeline connections within the washrooms and drainage system 6) Parking space blocks the main entrance and makes it difficult for entry / exit when all the two-wheelers are parked. 7) Most importantly the CCTV footages are leaked out for public outsiders benefit and often used against the inhabitants. The main door is left open/unlocked entire night making it possible for any strangers to barge in or impose accusations on inhabitants resulting in lack of security of p”

Rounak Singh★★★★★Do not come to this property. I have been here for 4 months now and not even 1 month has gone without any issues. 1. Room key & wardrobe key was provided after 25th day of joining 2. Wifi key was provided after 17th day 3. They'll show you different room while visit and board you to a completely different room on arrival 4. The manager is never available and is always unresponsive on calls/whatsapp 5. The lift is always malfunctioning 6. The reservoir motor also has the same problem where most of the time it's malfunctioning 7. My room's geyser was damaged on 14th of the month, and it's 3rd of next month and nobody has taken action. The zolo support itself is unresponsive where they'll just send a canned response after creating a ticket with no updates later even if you follow up. Only thing they quickly do is ask for NPS rating at the beginning of the month. Please be smart and do not sign up for this property or Zolo (because of support issues and nobody to own the problem)

Rounak Singh★★★★★Worst place to live. They only ask for NPS survey at the start of every month proactively however will vanish if you have raised any concerns. A basic lightbulb change needs a ticket to be raised and it takes 4 days to resolve. The photos are fake and nowhere near real. Manager is always unresponsive and never available at the property. Wifi is the worst that you'll get where it needs rectification every alternate week or remains unresolved for 3-4 days in a row.

The whole building smells of cigarettes Y son is a student and I would definitely not recommend such an atmosphere for a 17yr old. I don't know how good the other facilities are. Just checked the property couldn't take the smell

Bhamini Kashyap★★★★★One of the worst pg's not only in sg palya but all of bangalore and one of the most horrible zolo properties ever. The working staff is just here to scam you. No support, no systematic rules, the caretakers are useless who are always drunk or high or I don't know what their issue is. The maintenance is terrible, rooms are old, washrooms have cockroaches etc. Never ever come here to stay. The managers, the housekeeping boys everyone is terrible at their job. All they do is lie and scam people. They have no shame whatsoever even when confronted.
