This was good a few days back. Now the managers are very ignorant. They are taking almost 10% of total rent as water charges yet are unable to provide the continuous water supply to residents. Leaving this stay for good. Good luck to who are joining new here. As almost all loyal stayers are leaving.

I am writing this review with experience of past 1 and half year experience in zolo pgs. I have all proof for this below issues. this zolo odyssey is worst compared to other zolo pg.. dont see 4.1 rating all the reviews are very old and fake reviews . Disadvantages 1. Door does not have latch lock so each time u have to knock the door and your room mate have to open the door. Always dependency will be there. 2.full drainage smell in the rooms . Big drainage river is running in front of pg. 3.there is finger print security system but they are not using it so street dogs all coming inside pg floors 4.room cleaning is done once a week..this is very worst ..other local pg they will do thrice a week 5.there is no safety for ur things .it is under your own risk 6.Food - daily they will put potato related items as it is very cheap in market.Food will not come at correct time .they will mention 7.30 clock mrg but u will receive at 8 clock or sometimes even late.food is not prepared here. 7.Customer care service is useless and waste . They will tell they will provide u everything (extra cupboard etc)but once u joined pg they will not care about that. 8.care taker knows only hindi . If u

Zolo Odyssey - A bittersweet End I lived in this Zolo property for over a year. I started off in the two sharing which was initially Rs 8000 per month and shifted into the Single Occupancy for Rs 11000 (these rates exclude food). So my experience was quite good at the start. There were a few issues here and there, but nothing major. A special mention to the caretakers as they are very attentive and polite, probably the only reason to ever choose this PG. Now for the Review: Rooms: Rooms are great and spacious. It has great ventilation. The bathrooms are neat and has a geyser. Overall I'd give it a 10/10. Location: The location is good, except for a large ditch right across. There is absolutely no way of opening your windows. Besides that it is a residential area and is very calm on most days. For the location it's a 4/10. Facilities: So there is WiFi, Power backup, lift, microwave and a refrigerator. There are two washing machines but are almost always full. I had to do laundry at odd hours like 3 AM because it would otherwise be occupied. This was a major inconvenience. For facilities it's a 6/10. Housekeeping: Overall very responsive and good.
