This pg is good... facilities are good... but the lady owner's behaviour is not so good...I lost a trolley bag in this pg.... I kept it in my room... for 5 months constantly.... everyday I went for my job... morning to night.... when I left the pg.... I didn't find my trolley bag. When I asked to the owner.... she told me... "How should I know where is your bag, you have to keep it secure place... you have to check it day by day.... what should I do now... I don't know where is your bag."... I don't know what is this behaviour... but then without asking anything I left this pg. Owner is so bad... Please don't go this pg... if you wants to keep your things secure.

Horrible pg. The owner is an absolute mannerless lady  who is extremely rude and selfish. Every 4 months she will increase the rent in the name of some fake building rent that she has to pay and charge you a fortune for the below sub standard services . She wont entertain your concerns and will ask you to leave the pg if you complaint for some basic necessities like a proper wifi , fridge,water, proper bathroom flushes  and functional washing machine. Not sure what is she charging 11k for. She will rent out your room to strangers in your absence(vacation) without your persmission risking your privacy and valueables and will ask you to leave the pg if you stand against this. BEWARE-  She will force you to pay the rent in cash in order to save taxes and will not share the pan details at any cost.

This pg owner is worst but other staff members are good. She doesn't maintain the good food quality, but rooms are hygiene. She is such an arrogant lady and if you want to be in peace please don't come to this pg because there are so many other pg's which are providing the same things in the less cost. Anyways I'm posting this anonymously. Recently I left the pg and It was really a worst experience.

Not a safe PG for ladies as there is no ladies maid or servant for the PG! there are 3 servant for the PG for room cleaning, cooking and other job who are all gents and moreover who cleans the room, make the food as well, its so dirty and odd! lady owner says these gents servants are working for many years and trusted but its not a logic to have faith blindly as we can see, maximum crimes are being done by the old servants only! Moreover, they r male who r staying, working in the same ladies PG which we find very awkward and feel unsafe always! These male servants looking also not good! Lady owner is hardly visible at the PG who is only interested to get rent without hardly solving any problem after repeated calls and also she is more interested to hike rent quarterly @Rs.1500! Out of 4 Washing machine, only 2 are working, WIFI is very weak! Food quality is not so good, only few common items are repeated daily but u have to pay huge rent every month! I advise u all to avoid this PG (Advise to lady owner: don't go after my name but go after the facts which were put here! If u found any wrong fact, then u can argue! Also advise to other: go to the PG and verify all the facts above i

The pg fails to provide even the basic necessity..wifi never works...hot water will not come all the time..even basics like fan and washroom they wont fix. the owner doesnt stay in pg and is least interested about your issues.. food is good. Rooms are ok...bt not worth the rent especially with so many problems.
