Overall, the experience was disappointing. The room was not cleaned regularly, and there was hardly any service. We paid ₹2,500 for a small non-AC room, and when we requested an extra mattress for the third person (as discussed earlier over the phone), we were charged ₹500 per day for a mattress that was very uncomfortable. The biggest issue was cleanliness, which was not maintained. Hot water was also inconsistent, and for the first two days, we had to shower in ice-cold water. If you are booking for location purposes, please note there are many hotels available on the same road from the bus stand to this hotel. We realized later that most hotels have vacant rooms, so there’s really no need to book in advance. Pre-booking was our mistake, as we assumed we might not get a room, but on arrival, we saw plenty of walk-in options. These hotels also tend to charge for early check in even if you have booking in the hotel. My advice would be to explore other hotels until around 11 a.m. and choose the best option available instead of booking beforehand. Definitely not worth the price here.

They give you a coupon for Rs. 60 per head which can be utilized in a nearby canteen, the food is good, but very limited options||4. Very poor in service, have to remind them n number of times to clean the room, again remind to change towels and again remind to keep soap/shampoo||5. A young boy who is doing his first year bachelors in business administration (the owner's son) is extremely sharp and very fast in talking, but one finds him to be equally arrogant, although he does fulfill the requests, but ask him for anything like change of room or anything, he will say it will cost extra, always finding a way to charge one more and more||6. Rates fluctuate widely based in demand and supply, not marginally||7. No car parking inside the hotel, one has to park in the roa

Very bad hotel. Management is waste. Both make my trip and the hotel manager is tied to gain more money from visitors. They would say your room booking is not confirmed and would suggest to adjust in other rooms at high cost by lying that all other rooms are occupied. Also this failed booking status would be given by them at the time of check in and the both Make my trip as well as hotel manager would say then can refund the amount knowing that you won't agree to go to some other place in such limited time. Overall, very bad coordination between Make my trip and this Hotel manager. They have thought of this room allotment to be a business making stuff by giving rooms for whopping 8k(minimum) per night.

Very very bad experience. Worst!!! Hotel management has denied my pre-paid check-in just one day before. Booking with full payment was done 1 month before. Hotel has given the rooms i have booked to new walk-in customers at higher prices. Now hotel management is not even picking MMT calls. don’t ever book this property mostly on long weekends MK Arcade is not reliable. 1 star rating is also a waste here

Room is neat and clean and 100% resembles the actual photos, but there's a scam that they are doing is by giving an option of free breakfast in which they don't provide you any buffet but just a 60Rs coupon of Town canteen hotel, which is just not acceptable, and we were shocked after knowing that. Even eatery menu provided is all outsourced from nearby shops, so better you go eat yourself instead of ordering through hotel and end up paying more.

No clear communication about extra charges. No free drinking water. If you can install marble showpieces and jaguar bathroom fittings, I don't think installing a water purifier for your guests is a big deal, unless u want to earn extra by selling a bottle of water for Rs. 25. If this is the way u run a business, then it's the worst business plan and I think IIM should do a case study on u on things to avoid. Your manager Vinod is a compulsive liar and lied about everything under the sun including jeep charges about which I had discussed with him a day earlier. Please do not accept any extra ||services from this guy. He is after your money and would never give u any bill. Hotel management changed 6 months ago and no wonder if it changes again with this guy as manager. Advice to traveller don't choose this hotel. One of the worst experience.

Worst hotel experience ever had. I have booked this hotel on Goibibo a month prior to the actual stay. Then , Just a day before my stay, i received a call from hotel and forced me to cancel the order. I think he might have got a better deal from others. I asked him to contact me via goibibo but he was very arrogant and said it is my hotel and even if you come here , i wont let you stay in my hotel.. U can complaint anywhere..even goibibo cant touch us... He was very rude and he was literally threatening me to cancel the room.. He has also mentioned chikmagalur is in curfew and every places are closed.. But i checked and there are no things as such.He was clearly lying. It was really a disturbing and disappointing experience. Please do not to book here and my trip was cancelled because of this . No proper rooms were available at that time since it was a long christmas weekend. My flight tickets are non refundable and i had rented a car as well which is also non refundable. I do not want anyone to go through the same scenario as mine. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. They are not trustable.. In the last minute you will have to cancel your plans then. They should have call

Stayed from 14 to 15th aug 2022 with family. Booked a deluxe room which costed rs 5000. Right from.the busiest road with traffic sounds. Not worth the heavy cost at all.... Dirty linens and bedsheet... No towels... Not even a simple toothpaste.. Faulty toilet... Cigarette smell in the corridors.. Breakfast is claimed as free but reality is it's only 70 rs per person....Tokens are given which needs to be claimed at nearby restaurant No air conditioning as well for the .heavy cost as well. Just a waste of money

Worst experience we can't even sleep properly in these beds, the management suggests and they will let us take non AC rooms to fill it, just comparing the climate, but nothing works properly, it's so humid inside the rooms, no power backups. Yak experience.

The office staff except room boy are irresponsible, and we stranded there after checkout nearly an hour. A car was parked blocking to take our car, even our repeated requests 6 hours earlier. Stupid receptionist/ manager. People from Kerala are not advised to take room here.
