The pg is worst.  I am staying here from 4 months. The management was not good. The owner behaviour is not good. He is a drunken . From last week he is creating nuisance in the middle of nights. I want to vacate the pg but they are not returning my deposit money. I paid totally 10,500 Rs when I joined the pg. 7000 rs for rent (3 Sharing) , 2000rs deposit, 1500 for maintenance. The harsh truth is there is no maintainance in pg since I joined . They kept policy of money will return by informing them  before 1 month. Then also they didn't return .Money also got lost. They are looting the money. Nothing else. No clean and hygiene in bathrooms. The pg is run by couple. The lady also supports husband. Don't join the pg guys. It's a worst pg in BTM layout.

Read fully 👉 I am staying here from last 3 months I had a very disappointing experience at BSR Luxury PG for Men. Despite the "luxury" tag, the reality is far from it. Poor Maintenance: Rooms and common areas are not cleaned regularly. The bathrooms are often unhygienic. Bad Food Quality: The food is below average, repetitive, and sometimes even stale. Definitely not worth the price they charge. Unresponsive Management: The management is highly unprofessional. They do not address complaints on time and are only concerned about collecting rent. High Rent, Low Value: For the price they charge, the facilities should be much better. Wi-Fi is slow, laundry services are unreliable, and overall, it doesn’t justify the cost. Disturbance & No Proper Rules: The PG lacks proper discipline. Loud noises and disturbances are common at night, making it hard to sleep. I would not recommend this PG if you are looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay. There are better options available for the same price!

Genuinely "Don’t even think of coming here. The rooms are extremely small — you can barely move around once you keep your luggage. The washrooms are even worse, very tiny and poorly maintained. Hygiene is seriously lacking, and cleaning is irregular. The food is just average, nothing special, and you have to come very early or you won’t get proper quantity. Sometimes the food quality is inconsistent as well. For the rent they are charging, it is absolutely not worth it. There are much better PGs available in the same price range with bigger rooms and better facilities. Water supply is not reliable, and sometimes there are issues with maintenance that take too long to fix. Ventilation is poor, making the rooms feel suffocating. Management is not very responsive when complaints are raised. Overall, it’s disappointing and overpriced for what they offer.

One of the worst experience of life.. this is the worst pg in bangalore at first the owner of the pg was very kind and good to us after the payments done ( fee received) the owner changed his color and came to his real one he always keep telling bad words to the one who lives in that pg worst food and worst management no proper electricity supply I suggest you to not go for this worst pg ever. He will not return back your advance and all with the help of the police we got our advance back
