Worst PG in my experience. Very bad management. They don't understand if there is medical emergency. Barely stayed for a month. I only had their food for 3-4 days and its very bad. Yet they reduced 2000 for maintenance. Didn't even give little bit of advance back. And it's too expensive. 13k for two sharing room. Water is very dirty. They proclaim gym facilities. But nothing is there. Equipments are broken down. They have 5 washing machines. None of them work properly. Clothes somehow became more dirty! Don't know what maintenance they did. I do not recommend this pg at all. These people will rob you blind.

To be honest, the PG for Men is very old. 1.The bathroom looks very old and dull and the doors of the bathroom is rotting. 2.The locking mechanism for the entrance door is not working properly because its too old. 3.Even the furniture they provided is too old and rusty. 4. No mirrors provided in the room. 5. The elevator is very old and sometimes its not working at all. 6. They don't have water dispenser on every floor (very disappointing). 7. Electricity cut-off at least 2-3 times during the day. 8. The gym equipments are all damaged and rusty. 9. The washing machines are all old, rusty and some damaged. 10. The dinning hall looks very dull and is unhygienic. 11. The food quality is not that good. Any ways you will end up ordering outside food. 12. The Rent cost is too high as compared to the facilities they provide. They will charge you 13,000 for 2 sharing and 6,000 for deposit. Out of the 6,000 they will recover the maintenance fees of 2,000 and return you 4,000. 13. They don't even maintain the rooms and building, so why charge the tenants 2,000 for maintenance. Very unprofessional behavior and low mindset. 14. For your satisfaction you can verify the above mentioned points.

1. The management people are uneducated and hooligans. 2. They will charge you extra while leaving the PG and create a big chaos. I had to pay for an entire month before leaving although I was going to live there only for 6 days. They also didn't return my deposit money. 3. They make you pay for gym facilities but all of the equipments are non working. 4. The washing machines are not clean and most of them are not working. 5. The CCTVs are of no use, because they won't let you use it. There are many thefts that take place here and the management won't support. People have lost many valuable items including office laptops. 6. The food here is not that great. 7. The staff and management will start being rude to you if you complain about anything. 8. Overall the PG is overpriced for the services that they provide.

Worst experience with Management.if u tell that about any facilities are not good then they will treat you like an enemy. When you vacate room,they will not give your money back and they will said you to pay an extra 30 days of money, because if you vacate then they will lose your rent.so you need to pay extra before vacating. I've stayed for 20 days only They demanded to pay 30 days money at the time of joining Extra 6000 advance I've paid Total 20 thousand and at the time of vacate I asked them for a refund my advance but they demanded to pay extra money . In total I've paid 22 thousand for 20 days. Coming to food: sometimes it tastes good Sometimes rice is not cooked properly,so many people suffered with stomach pains and diarrhea but even complain about this they reply like they are also eating the same food. Nothing is good. Best to go to the hotel instead of this PG. if anyone wants to try this PG,try and after comment is it good or bad. Don't waste your money Don't take your health in trouble. Aware of this type of PG's Thank you 🙏

Worst pg guys, first they will not say anything that you need to inform them 1 month before vacating and then while vacating they will say that and you should have informed before or you have to pay 1 month rent. I lost my advance amount + also paid them extra. While taking in the tone of voice will be different and while vacating they will talk with you in singular manner, don't fall for trap there are many other good pgs with much lower price

I stayed in this PG nearly 2 years. Be mindful about the advance and refundable amount. Initially they told 1000rs is non-refundable (maintenance charge) and remaining 4000rs in advance i think so is refundable. But by the time I handed over the key to them (on 5th or 8th of the month), I was given with only 1000rs from the refundable amount and when I questioned them pertaining to this, they were like 'u should have vacated on 1st of this month to get full refundable amount. Wheras in fact I moved to a new pg by the 1st of that month itself....I informed them that I'll be moving out of this pg by previous month 8th....so it was 8 days late it seems. So basically even if u vacate the pg by 30th or 31st of a month, it won't be taken into consideration. The date of informing them regarding u vacating the pg will be taken into Consideration. But they never informed me priorly. I went there asking for 2 sharing but they made me to stay in 3 sharing saying theuly would give me the next vacating bed from 2 sharing rooms but never done so...they kept on Giving vacating beds to new people despite me asking for one for straight 2 years.....each time u go ask them, they will like "next month

I stayed in this pg for one year and I will give honest review about this pg. First of all, if you face any problem in the pg the owners will not receive your calls and they will address the issue after one week no matter how much problem you have. There are cctv cameras in every floor but they are of no use. Things get stolen from the fridge. The food is the worst here.

Water quality is very poor. It might seems they provide more items but food prepared in afternoon is served in dinner and one extra item is prepared in dinner, so all total you fell like plenty of item. They don't maintain hygeine too. From the time they have increased the rent food quality and other so called facilities are degrading day by day. Internet speed is horrible.

My recent stay at "Worst PG" was an absolute nightmare. It's hard to find anything positive to say about this place. From the lack of hot water to the malfunctioning lift, everything seemed to be designed to create frustration and discomfort. First and foremost, the absence of hot water was a major inconvenience. Taking a cold shower, especially during the colder months, was not the experience I had signed up for. It's astounding that such a basic necessity was not properly provided. The malfunctioning lift only added to the misery. Having to climb multiple flights of stairs on a regular basis due to an unreliable lift was exhausting and simply unacceptable. This also raised concerns about safety, as a malfunctioning lift can pose serious risks. The arrogance of the food staff was another low point. The lack of professionalism and respect was evident in their attitude towards residents. Dealing with rude and unhelpful staff when it came to meals made me dread meal times. The poor Wi-Fi was yet another frustration. In today's digital age, a reliable internet connection is essential, and the fact that "Worst PG" couldn't provide this basic amenity was disappointing, to say the le

If there was an option for negative stars I would have done that. This is the worst PG in terms of food and kitchen hygiene. The rooms, balcony and terrace everything is fine but the kitchen is hell. You can see the attached photos. I lived here for sometime but when I saw this in the kitchen I got shocked to see this. Many PG mates got food poisoning.

I have been staying in this PG for more than year. During the initial days, the cost was 11k I felt it was high but still stayed. From last 6 months I have seen a very drastic change in the behaviour of the people who maintain this PG. One day or the other I used to find insects in the food that’s cooked. The rotis are made fresh, I agree to it, but the rotis will be undercooked. The washing machines, only god can stop me from cussing them. There are a total of 5 washing machines, out of which 2 of them are only working. The catch here is even those 2 also are not maintained well. Water: Hot water is the biggest issue here, with the weather in Bangalore hot water is a must. There are no geysers for every room, there is single huge water heater for the entire PG. Due to which hot water is an issue. Now the cost is 13k for 2 sharing, the gist of the comment is try to rent a 1bhk and live in there instead of this PG

Worst PG, they are asking 13k for 2 sharing, Very bad behaviour by owner. I called & ask them, "can you make it little less". The owner literally abused me. This is for owner, If you are running a business, 1st of all you should know how behave with customer. I recommend to all, don't go to this PG.
