“My experience before entering itself was very bad. The rooms are not as spacious as in pictures. They will show you some room and you will book it and they will give it away to someone else and make excuses about the other room being better for you so you should take the only other available option. They trick you into booking fast by saying there's too many bookings and no room will be available, and then they will charge the booking fee. And when you are dissatisfied with their behaviour and don't want to stay there anymore then the booking gets done in your name so they don't have to give you the refund. If you book with the "refundable" token amount, you are not getting it back. And the property manager is incompetent, cannot or does not answer your questions when all this is going on. He will say whatever is in their favour in the situation. Atleast someone who can communicate properly should be kept in charge. Very bad experience. Not to mention the extra charges they will levy on top of the rent shown on app. I think there are better places with lesser rent and no such hassle. It's a nicely wrapped looting scheme.”

“They elevated the rent one month after moving in. They will charge you for anything and everything and there is no explanation they will provide. Rooms are small and very dirty. They will clean only once or twice a week. Most of the time,the drinking water is not available. The common cooking area and the refrigerators are extremely unhygienic. The heavy rent is not compatible with the service they provide. The food subscription is a joke. Even if you subscribe for non-veg food, they will provide non veg only one or maximum 2 days in a week.”

“I had a very bad experience from Zolo liberty. I would never advice anyone to choose this property or any other Zolo property. While booking they showed me a good room and when I checked in they gave me a totally different room without proper ventilation and with broken doors. Even the Bathroom doesn't have a proper ventilation or window. The property manager is very bad and he behaves very rudely. Faces very bad response from Zolo customer care also, they would cut your call while talking and is not ready to listen to our problems. I tried to immediately vacate the property and then they are asking for compensation.”

Caretaker Ramesh & manager Chandachur always in careless state, ignorant to the problem with the boarders. Management need to replace them for bringing in potential customers. 4. Phone cellular network not available inside the rooms. Liberty deserves -1 feedback.

Checked out due to * poor Internet connection * poor cellular network inside building * they only clean rooms twice a week * water for drinking tastes bad * their “centralised water heater “ doesn’t work when required * sometimes no water in bathroom in between 8am till 11 am * no parking, one bike also got stolen from the area outside building Pros * close to metro station

On my last day (Aug 31), they refused to mark my exit, claiming their website wasn't working, and later deducted ₹700 rent, ₹250 water, and ₹170 electricity from my deposit, which they never refunded despite promising to. They advertise ₹12,500 for double sharing, but in reality, it’s ₹15,500 after adding GST, electricity, and water charges. Internet is limited and runs out within 15-20 days, forcing you to recharge for ₹200. There’s no food provided, and there are no good options nearby. Also, I left on August 31, but I still see water charges until September 30 on their system, which is clearly fraudulent. Stay away!

I asked for assistance they said it will take 1 2 days.. after multiple conversations with ground staff , manager, even zolo helpline did not help.. they had taken security and advance rent. The cupboard lock was repaired on 8th oct.. after 20 days. I was not able to move in because of this.. when i called the helpline and asked for refund of the 20 days that i did not get the service for.. they said do whatever you want to do we will not give any refund. .. i would have understood if they had taken even 5 days.. but 20 days was too much... They also charged me electricity bill for that month. I would give negative stars but 1 star is the least that i can go. No responsibility.. take a different place if you have an option. They are not at all customer friendly.

Yubraj Sharma★★★★★Worst experience in this pg they didn't have manners how to talk with customers, there is one care taker but he didn't have any responsibilities If u went there u will face lots of problems sometimes they didn't refill the drinking water and also sometimes there is no water for bath and u will face very bad network issue, etc. I won't suggest anyone to choose that pg.
