Om Anjani PG Review I recently stayed at Om Anjani PG (Building 609) for 1.5 months in a 3-sharing room, paying Rs 9500 in rent. Unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative and worst. Major Issues: 1. Room Conditions The room was extremely congested, with inadequate space for daily activities. The shared wardrobe arrangement was concerning, especially with new roommates. It took two weeks to get a lock for the wardrobe, which was a basic necessity. 2. Food Quality The food provided was subpar, contradicting the owner's claims of serving delicious meals. Despite having multiple cooks, the food was consistently poor. 3. Complaint Solving Maintenance issues, such as the bathroom closet not flushing, took weeks to resolve. This lack of attention to basic amenities was frustrating. 4. Owner's Attitude The owner's behavior was rude and intrusive, especially when addressing complaints. She also interfered in personal life and had biased treatment towards certain tenants. 5. Amenities and Maintenance The amenities advertised were not as promised, and the maintenance charges were unjustified given the lack of upkeep. 6. Reposting this review bcoz my earlier review have been deleted by the owner... I have been in the 609 building of this hostel where I'm not satisfied or happy with anything they provide.The only good part is that the pg owner is polite in speaking with everyone.the hostel is not in the full hostel form where there is a single toilet for both 2sharing and 4 sharing. The 4 sharing room which they mentioned will be given for 5 members without informing the tenants that it will be shared among 5 peoples. There is no specific place to dry clothes during rainy season other than the ropes tied in the stairs of each floor which doesn't even have sufficient space for drying everyones cloth. Except some of the cupboards others doesn't have a lock.The food which the provide is absolutely worst. They won't even provide any side dish like salad for the lunch otherthan that rice and the reason which the warden says was different that the other hostel which they runs(608 building) is paying a rent of nearly 10000 for 3 sharing where as 8500 in my building so they won't provide tea coffee salad... For us.This is the kind of attitude they said and there is a curfew after 10.30pm which it is not the

My experience with this PG was extremely disappointing. Before joining, I contacted the owner on December after finding the PG. I was informed that the rent would be ₹7,000 with a ₹3,000 deposit (double sharing), and I paid the advance amount to reserve the room. Since I work at Bangalore Airport, I specifically asked how long it would take to travel from the PG to the airport. I clearly mentioned that I would be using public transport. The owner told me that it would take only around 25 minutes, which was one of the main reasons I chose this PG. However, after moving in, I discovered that the actual travel time by bus was around 1.5 hours and required taking two different buses. As someone who had just moved to Bangalore alone and was unfamiliar with the language and the area, this daily commute became extremely difficult and started affecting my job. When I raised this issue with the owner, she later said that the 25-minute estimate was for traveling by cab and not by bus. However, I had already informed her before joining that I would be traveling by bus. She also said that she had never traveled by bus herself, which made it clear that the information provided to me was not

Om anjani is an amazing PG. Staffs are very cooperative and this pg having north and South Indian food which is very tasty. The rent is very reasonable. The main peculiarity of this pg is good cleanliness and it is located in town area so that all facilities are available. Those who are coming from other state can survive very easily.
