“PG is good but rent is comparatively higher than the PG's around. Don't pay money in advance, owner will not return it afterwards. If you are staying here for some days then you have to pay ₹300 per day which is going to be expensive. And deposit money is non refundable here.”

However, when I asked the friend, he denied it, revealing the owner's dishonesty. The food quality is poor, and maintenance is inadequate. Ravendra HR★★★★★I lived in this PG for more than a year. In the starting, food and maintenance in this PG was nice and appreciable. But now the food quality is reduced, no quality. PG owner always tells that vegetable prices are high, and if we take some extra spoon of side dish he will shout at us, scold us. Limited quantity of food provided. WiFi not working most of the times. No respect for old guests. Suddenly rent is increased and some people pay less and some people pay more rent. This is Partiality and no equality. Even if we complaint to owner regarding any issues, they will not respond.

Doesn't even refund the advance amount.
