Please don't go to their place they will have room only in very weird areas where you cannot go alone so many dog will be there and also they have cheat me 5000 rs which I didn't get back. They won't give you security deposit back also. I advise you not to go to them for searching for rooms.

Worst PG in Bangalore. Worst experience with the owner, he will never refund your money once you have given. No matter you leave according to agreement or earlier. He is so much greedy and for everything he only say, it is company policy i can't do anything, i am not getting any profit, but he is the only one voraciously consuming everyone's money and not giving the facilities as shown. Even if you leave early for some reasons and come back he will say your room is sold and you have to pay again all the deposits and rent. If you are planning to stay in this PG then I will strongly advise you against it.

Worst PG. All the 5 star ratings were on 100rs cash back. Intially they told, inform before 15th of the month for vacating. While vacating they looted my whole deposited money of 18,000/-rs, which I paid for single room. Parking is available 4 bikes only at night times only, but they will show the same parking to all tenants for 30 vehicles for 24/7. later place won't be there to park your bike. Lot of bed bugs. Namesake ro was there but inside too much dirty, you will get typhoid and malaria. No power backup. No laundry service and no place to dry your clothes. Cleaning boy will ask 25rs for 1 shirt washing alone. Initally they will 24/7 access to pg but they will lock the door by 9 pm. If you call the security boy, he won't pick the call. If u call collection Kader, he will tell to call security boy and he too won't pick the call again. If you are telling that u r vacating then immediately raise your rent from that day and they will calculate on day basis against 15k per month. Solar water heater is there, u will get hot water by noon only on summer season that too if other roommates not opened the tap for 2 hrs, it's on luck basis. Worst service<br/>Cleaning of rooms and toilets is not done here<br/>Hot water is not available<br/>And Wifi speed is very very slow as if there is no wifi and u can play that google dinosaur game.<br/>No pest control at all! u will easily find bugs and big cockroches on beds and everywhere in the room.<br/>From my personal experience I insist "DO NOT COME HERE". Those all good reviews that u r seeing here are only there because the owner resists to return the security deposit unless the residents give a positive feedback here!

Top 10 PG is the place for those who don't mind of having a clean and hygiene room. During joining period they show you one room you can stay there, in case if your roommates vaccates, they took all your belongings and shift you to another room without asking your permission (saying that they have rented the whole room to one group of people). If you refuse to shift room, the only option you have is to vaccate the PG. You shouldn't mind of having bedbugs and cockroaches in your bed. No proper water heaters, fans, TV, washing machine. If all the above conditions suits you, then this is the wonderfull place to stay there.

Horrible rooms... Full hotel is occupied with Bed bugs. Despite of several complaints none of the action were taken... On top these con chararactered owner refused to give us our diposit money back. There were some damages from us we confessed about it, but it wasn't worth ₹10000/-. If any of you staying there despite of knowing what we faced you guys are the biggest fools.

You will get HIV or Hepatitis B if you sleep on their bed sheets. Disgusting service. You will die without ventilation.. If you want to invite living hell into your life, choose Top 10 guest and Pg accommodation... Trust me, I lived there for a year and destroyed my life and career. Kadher is the biggest Fraud on earth.
