I had a very disappointing experience with this PG, mainly because of the manager Babu. He promised to return my deposit money on 23rd August, but even after repeated follow-ups, he has still not returned it (today is 26th August). When I called him, at first he said “give me 10 minutes, I’ll send it.” After 10 minutes, I tried calling again but he kept avoiding my calls. Only after my 10th call he picked up, and instead of resolving the issue, he showed attitude saying “if I am cutting the call then you should wait.” In the past, he has even borrowed money from me, which I gave instantly without any delay, but now when it is his turn to return my own money, he is making excuses and showing arrogance. I would not recommend this PG to anyone.

I am here for 10 months. The things were different during first one or two months. Food is not eatable. There is no power backup facility. Only tubelights will work in case of power failure. The warden is a double faced person. I do not recommend to stay here.

I have stayed here for almost an year and this is the one review you really want to consider: Rent: 2 sharing 9k-10k. Single sharing will be provided based on request by giving 2 sharing for single person. Which will cost arround 15-20k per month. 1 month rent should be given as security deposit and will be returned while leaving. Also 3k of maintenance charges should be paid with deposit which is non refundable. Pros: 1. PG is very Close to Crist college and IBC knowledge park. 2. 3 Times food all 7 days and 2 days non veg and sweet on Friday also some special dish on every festival. 3. Room is very clean. It will be cleaned every day or atleast every alternative day. 4. WiFi is okay-ish and gets really fast during night time or Saturday when no one will be there in PG. 5. Mostly Crist college people stay here so mostly it will be empty during evenings and holidays and weekends. 6. 3 washing machines (2 fully working condition), there is TV in every room, centralised 24hour hot water and never runs out of water unlike allot of PGs in Bangalore. 7. Strict no smoking no drinking policy inside the PG(only inside). 8. There is elevator upto 4th floor. 9. PG is at a hot lo
