Overpriced, poorly maintained, rude caretakers. Boast about being a luxury pg but don't even offer basic necessities. Say that they have TV, has only one channel. Broken washing machine, don't repair fans and fittings. Food will give you diarrhea. Lift has been 'under construction' for over a year. Maids steal from rooms. Rats infest the entire building. No network towers nearby, bad signal. No WiFi, there's a router only for show piece. Locality is very dirty, full of hawkers staring at the girls walking in. Helper boys are of no help, don't even help with carrying luggage. Change standard price of room without notice, threaten to put in more beds and people into a standard double room and fee, or ask to vacate without notice. Take advantage of the fact that not many PGs near St. Joseph's College. Current caretaker is very rude and uses offensive language. The only reason I stayed here for a while was because the room is fairly spacious for two people (later they wanted to turn it into triple sharing without notice), and comes with attached washroom, close to my place of work. Worst decision. My advice stay a little farther in a well maintained PG, and commute a little. This place

The worst pg ever. The owner is a greedy money minded person who does not give two shits about the services promised. When you approach them, they will show pictures of god knows which rooms and at the end will put you in rooms that looks like trash. You will find a new manager at the reception every month. And when you go with any complaint they keep shifting the blame on to previous ones saying they can't do anything and wait. Also the managers do not even know how to talk to anyone, are the rudest people. They would be nice to you only till the time you haven't selected the room and paid the deposit. After that they will show their true colours. They did not even have cctv cameras until a year ago. Only when a boy entered inside from the terrace did they install the cameras that too only on the entrance and terrace. They will tell you to keep your rooms open and if anything gets stolen will not take any responsibility. The cleaning ladies take the liberty to pickup anything from the room without your permission. And do not even talk about the deposit. I gave my notice on the first day of the month and asked them to give me a confirmation that I will receive my money by the time

This PG is really worst. They promise everything to you but do nothing. There are so many cockroaches and huge rats in the PG. Kitchen is very unclean, with cockroaches in it. The maintenance is nil. Wardens are so rude and bad that they won't repair anything for atleast 3 months. So many leakages, loose wires, shocks passing in gyser, etc. Maids are not well paid and hence they don't clean properly. They take 3x rent from you but while vacating deduct 2000 as maintenance. Addition to this, they charge 12% gst on cash and online both. The owner is least bothered. It is student and working women's helplessness to stay in that pg due to location benefits. Garbage is thrown here and there by girls. Inside fridge there are cockroach breeding. Above the fridge there is wet garbage. PG stinks. Girls fall ill. No safety no maintenance. Plus they want the rent on time but in return will do nothing. There is only one washing machine for each block with atleast 200 plus girls using it. Please don't stay here. Rather go to a rented flat or another pg

Name should of the PG should be - cheater bells I stayed next to this Girls PG where a new boys PG with the name of bluebells premium gens PG. Issues faced -At the time of joining they said they have 24/7 water and power supply to make it clear they didn't have power backup . -One washing machine for 30 rooms - no canteen to eat . - no fridge - for me they said they will provide wordrobe with 2 days after joining. It been 12 days they didn't provide wordrobe till days . - food was below avg. - staff and owner were untill they get there money they won't respond for any issues. - security deposit - I think this was main source of income for the PG. They will charge 2 months security deposit a an advance. If you want to leave due to emergency conditions they won't give single rupee. - expect for SJU collage students who are willing in money it's not advisable to join in this PG. Finally staff Kubar - he is sales person who manipulate us while joining with all the promises and all of them were fake promise. If you raise an issue he won't respond. Ashwin - I remember I had raised a complient about power backup they didn't respond at all even today they complain was active.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star if I could I would have given it a 0 star. I'm a hundred percent sure that most of the people giving such good reviews are people related to the owner who have never even stayed in the PG. 1. The food is horrible you sometimes even find *hair* in the food. 2. Services horrible as well. My room had a drain blockage problem in the bathroom that took 2 whole months to correct. The bathroom was flooded yet they we had to stay with a flodded bathroom for an entire day and use it like that only. 3. Wifi very slow and rooms are very small to be costing 11000 for double sharing. 4. Hygiene very poorly maintained very dirty PG. Only reason girls staying here is because it's very near to St.Joseph's.

I have been staying here for more than one and half year and trust me, my experience was horrible because the manager Anuradha is a very capricious lady, In the beginning, she would be very sweet but as soon as you get into the trap, you will see her true colours.She will blame you for each and everything. There was some malfunction with my flush in my washroom and she blamed me for it also. She will never listen to anyone and will yell on top of her voice. She will not even attend your guardians call, if there is an issue and if she does she will talk very abruptly and she did that with my father and my sister too. Even if someone used to leave the pg because their course is over or their family have shifted to bangalore, she will blame me for it. They don't return the deposit money also, it's been 6 months and I haven't got even a single penny. Also, they write fake reviews from other's phone. The wifi is very slow, tv doesn't works and also there is only one washing machine out of 3 which is working and you need to wait for hours to get your clothes washed. The room is good, the food is okaish but try to stay away from the manager Anuradha .

Please do yourself a favour and never come to this pg. This is the worst pg ever, everything about it is a scam and a waste of money. There is cockroach in their food and when complained about it they just throw the cockroach out and keep the food as it is. There are rats everywhere in the pg. Some even come to the room. There are also lizards near the kitchen. The manager Anuradha is the worst and most egoistic person I have ever seen, she will act like the most sweetest person but once you speak about leaving or when it comes to money matter she will be the most rudest person. She will yell at the top of her voice without even giving you a chance to talk. They will make a huge scene when returning security deposit and will keep making up excuses, delaying it. Along with this the main branch managers are also very rude. They dont respond to calls properly or just ignore your calls. If u ever have any complaints about the pg and want to mention it to the reception they will act as if they never knew the problem existed and they are listening to it for the first time. They will always tell contact main branch and main branch will always tell contact branch manager and it will go on

Getting security deposit was the hardest thing ever and I didn't get back my deposit till now... They will play a game with you first they will tell we will return it don't worry!!! Please do not believe in them at all... They don't even give the owner number also to talk ... Even after submitting the receipt whatever they provided they won't return the money... Lots of rats will be roaming in the pg I don't know how people will live there.... Do yourself a favour and never go to this pg. Not many girls last in this freaking PG. Everyone says bad reviews on this pg. The staffs here are the sweetest when you're new but turn the rudest. They were very rude to me, they also show signs of unprofessionalism. I stayed in this pg for almost three years and I recommend not to join in this pg it's just waste of money. Cons: 1. They don't refund the deposit money. 2. Have to pay full rent even during holidays like summer vacation though we are not staying there for whole month and they collected full rent during lockdown. 3. Food is pathetic like the worst food without any hygiene in the kitchen 4. The WiFi usually don't work and tv is just for show off 5. The staff working there are horrible don't look into any of the complaints and the owner of the pg is disgusting and she is so rude. Pros : it's near to St. Joseph college

Absolutely disgusted by the pg and it's staff. It gives out depressing vibes. The kitchen and cooks are very unhygienic. I've seen huge mice and what not in the kitchen and storage area. Never clean. The fridge stinks and is not hospitable for your food. The services promised are just a show. Washings machines, wifi do not work most of the time. They say they have inverter so power cuts won't affect your work/study but there are frequent power cuts and you're left in dispair. No issues get resolved. They just want monthly rent to be paid timely but won't provide any services or resolve the issues. Greedy and rude staff and warden. They'll say advance money will be returned but that's just a scam. Professional liers and scamsters. They're full of excuses and lies. Not even safe there are wierd male working staff and the warden is very irresponsible. They won't take your calls or respond to you and will only contact you to ask for rent. Worst experience. I would have rated negative if there were an option.

I would like to give rating in minus they don't even deserve one star. Disgusting pg in whole Bangalore. Please don't trust them, you won't get your advance amount back, such rude and greedy people. Guys it's my advice from personal experience please don't go to this pg and please don't ever suggest anyone to join this PG! These people will behave so bad when you ask for your deposit and they are highly skilled in lying and giving excuses. Rooms are never cleaned, no facilities were provided. And now they are not even giving back our money. Pathetic pg and staff is way more horrible.

I gave my leaving notice 3 days later than the given date because that is when i got my notice from job. They weren’t considerate at all. They charged me a hefty fine. Would not recommend this to anyone.

They don't return the deposit money don't go for it. This is the worst pg I've stayed in trust me guys. It's been 10 months I've been texting them every month to return the deposit money but they always give me lame excuses. I've been hearing the same excuse every month ( the owner is not in the town). But i still haven't received the deposit money back even after speaking to them politely, arguing with them, begging them for my own money.

I paid advance and I just gave one day late notice. They said they are accepting 1-apr. since I was busy and forgot, I gave notice on 2-apr. main office person told 500 per day. I expected to get deducted 500. But they deducted 1120. They deducted for 2 days and tax. When I called main office , lady speaks very rough , where any civilized person can’t speak to her. Also I left pg on April and they are issue check for June. This is really upsetting. They are doing day robbery here. Also no lift and washing machine is very bad. Also internet can’t be reached to rooms near to end. Many complaints given, but no action taken. Worst, not referring.
