One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a PG. The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness was lacking, and the food was unhygienic. There were frequent electricity issues, making it very uncomfortable to stay. The images shown online do not match the actual condition, and the 5-star reviews appear to be fake or from acquaintances—don’t rely on them. After leaving due to these problems, the owner has refused to return my ₹2000 security deposit. He avoids calls or gives repeated excuses, often promising to pay “tomorrow” but never following through. Overall, a very frustrating experience—please be cautious before trusting the ratings.
