“Worst Hotel. We booked this hotel just for a layoff in the night while travelling to Wayanad. Even though we booked this hotel in advance and we checkedin only at 11:30pm, they did not have the room ready. Moreover, the card that they issue did not work, inspite of asking for a different room since the access card was not working they were just troubleshooting making us wait. Finally they gave a different room, which they opened, but they have said that access doors doesn't work in the morning and we need to check in reception. After entering the room, I was shocked to see the rooms quality, cheapest Oyo rooms would be far superior than this Ginger hotel by TATA and charging such premium amount too.”

“The worst experience ever. There was a 2-hour delay in check-in, which forced us to have lunch at their restaurant. The rooms were congested, outdated, and not clean. The reception staff were irresponsible and unhelpful. Such poor service seriously damages the reputation of the Tata Group.”

“I used to stay earlier in Ginger Mysore and I like it earlier. To my shocking surprise this time the property is not maintained well and for everything including AC, the kettle in room, the buckets kept in bathroom shows that there is least area of attention. The worst is the safety norms are completely violated and fire exit is blocked.”

The hotel is next to a marriage hall where loud music is played till late night. Not a pleasant stay. Also to access the wifi we're required to submit unnecessary personal details to unknown website.”

Aditya Malu★★★★★No option to give less than 1 star. I booked the stay 2 weeks before and completed the payment; however, I did not receive a booking confirmation. Upon rechecking with the hotel, I was informed that they were busy with bookings and was asked to consider it as a verbal confirmation. During check-in, there was no staff available to assist with luggage, and when I enquired, I did not receive a clear response. I generally associate this hospitality chain with better service, so this experience was disappointing.

Shubhangi Chavan★★★★★One of the matteress was in bad condition . We informed the reception about it . They were not ready to change it but added that can provide us with additional mattress on paying additional charge. Wow they cannot change damaged mattress but can provide additional mattress. Is it really a 3 star hotel ? I wonder.

Naval Jagtap★★★★★Poor service. We were not provided with basic amenities like footwear, toothpaste etc. when we asked for it, the hotel staff demanded us to pay extra charges. For drinking water we were given Rs.10 small Bisleri water which we had to ask again and again. Cost cutting tactics are used in this hotel. Also, the reception staff misbehaved with my parents.

Shah★★★★★Very unclean rooms and crockeries even no facilities available.. rooms are very much small. Drainage issues in bathroom and also hot water issues.. Avoid this hotel if you are looking for good facilities and cleanliness.. Even there is lots of noise outside the room the glasses are not sound proof so can't sleep peacefully.

The receptionist was not welcoming, and overall customer service could be significantly improved. The manager should ensure better maintenance and hospitality for guests

Rakesh Jha★★★★★Except location of this hotel, nothing good to mention. Room size was very small, furniture and mattress was of bad quality and not at all comfortable. Bathroom was without bucket and mug. Requested to arrange the bucket and mug which took almost two hours. Staff is not properly trained. Whenever you take the lift staff/shopkeeper insist to visit cloth shop near the lift which is so irritating. Overall it was a bad experience..
