1. Very-2 said to stay here 2. Bad behave by staff with guests 3. Nothing provide by resort, no room service, struggle for complementary b/f 4. No activity like Tracking, Rain dance, Adventure- nothingv, Zero facility, Dirty surroundings all over the resort 5. Waste of time & money 6. we will review & forced to any further booking through MMT 7. Tasteless food served 8. We shall keep on wait for 15-20 min every time by security while go outside or come inside since security is busy in other work rather than duty at gate. lastly very bad experience in whole my professional life.

Location was good. However, rooms were very small with waters sipping out from the bathroom in the main room. In terms of amenities, they only had AC and a swimming pool which was not clean...and NOTHING else!! Even there was NO complimentary drinking water...NOT a single bottle. You need to buy every single bottle and pay for it as they do not refill your bottles and force you to buy. No eggs / breads in breakfast. Only dosas, that too burnt ones (over-fried). And they charge 2500 INR per night for this (all meals exclusive). Pay seperate charges for anything you eat and drink! The manager Mr. Mohandas is polite and tries to manage things as much as he can. However, he is not equipped with proper support from the management. Overall, not a very good place to stay.

The resort is good, resort is located on a farm with coffee plantation, the place is big, they have many types of rooms, like cottages, ac rooms non ac rooms, big cottages for large groups. we paid 2k for non ac rooms during long weekend. The rooms were not clean, lot of dust in parts of room. Restrooms were clean. No tv in the room. Hot water available 24/7. Towels provided and toiletries provided. But resort has pool and Raindance facilities. Pool is quiet big. Rain dance is turned on around 4/5 PM in the evening. There is attached restaurant where the food is good. Complementary breakfast is provided, breakfast is alacarte you can order anything from the menu. Staff is very friendly. Ample car / bike parking space available. Overall a positive experience, few things to improve upon are clean rooms, provide some facilities inside room like tv, kettles for hot water, etc. This will make it VFM and easy to recommend.
