Horrible place to stay. I stayed here only one day and already regretted booking it. The plumbing is horrible and flushes don't work. They'll give you some dingy room and you'll have to ask for a change. The complimentary breakfast is horrible and will give you food poisoning.

We checked in to this hotel on 3rd May 2025. I've never seen swimming pool water (that's what they told us) in the bedroom and living space. Water came out of the bathroom drain and spread across the bedroom and living room. Check the videos and photos of the pool condition and water in the villa the next morning. I wanted to share some concerns I experienced during my visit. Unfortunately, several aspects of the service did not meet our expectations. One of the main issues was that the swimming pool was dirty and unusable, which was particularly disappointing since it was one of the key reasons we chose your villa property. I requested an alternative villa but was informed that everything else was already booked. We ultimately had to use the large common pool—in which case we could have simply booked rooms at IBIS or HORUS and saved some cost. The room lacked basic appliances and amenities, including a tea/coffee machine, hair dryer, and an iron to press our clothes. We experienced frequent power cuts (2–3 times), and had to contact the front desk multiple times before the issues were addressed. Toiletries were not provided for all three guests, and essential items like body

No one is there to guide you or no one is at rope activities area to assist. They have one of the worst swimming pool. Filled with too much of chlorine. The water is so dirty that you can not see through the water. Worst place. Btw Bar is too expensive and not worth going to this place

Hospitality is very poor, there was no one to welcome you or carry your luggage, no water or welcome drink provided at the time of check in. Staff was very rude. No manners to talk to senior citizen. Washroom was stinking. Very unhygienic washrooms. Room was big which was the only positive thing, but felt like normal room worth 2.5k max. There was no kettle, glass, tea, coffee or cups provided in room. It's worst for day outing. Very poorly maintained.

I visited here with my family for a destination wedding of my friend. I am so disappointed that my friend chose this venue for her wedding after going there. They spent lakhs and lakhs of rupees and booked the whole resort for 3 days, and the service we all (guests of the wedding) received from resort management is pathetic. The lady at the reception is unempethetic and doesn’t even know the C of the word curtesy. She saw that we arrived at the resort with an infant, didn’t even bother to check for our rooms blocked by marriage party, instead said she is not looking at the event and asked us to figure it out by ourselves. We had to walk almost the whole resort in the afternoon sun with our infant and luggage searching for our allotted room. The same lady receptionist, during the check-out, saw that we put our infant to nap, but was ringing bell constantly asking us to vacate the room. It was not even late, it was 10.30AM and she didn’t even let the baby sleep for 30 mins more. With her loud shouts our baby woke up, we requested her for 15-20 mins extra time to change the diaper and clothes of the baby, she was standing and commenting on us the whole time and was on our nerves.
