I moved into this PG on 28th March with the intention of a long-term stay. Unfortunately, I lost my job on 31st March due to massive layoffs at my company(Oracle) and informed the manager the same day about my situation and my plan to stay only until 1st May. What followed was extremely frustrating. Instead of giving a clear response, the manager kept postponing the discussion for almost a week, repeatedly asking me to “talk tomorrow” without any resolution. This lack of communication wasted valuable time when I was already dealing with a difficult situation. Finally, on 6th April, I was told that only long-term stays are allowed and that I would have to vacate the room. I tried to explain my situation and requested to stay just for the remaining month, but there was zero flexibility or willingness to listen. To make matters worse, I was charged per-day rent for the short stay, despite the delays being entirely from their side. The only minor relief was being given 2 extra days to vacate. The most disappointing part of this experience was the complete lack of empathy and professionalism. This review is not about the money. During the entire interaction, I felt that my situation

I would like to share my concern regarding the food timings at this PG. The meals are served quite late, which makes it difficult to maintain a healthy routine, especially for those who have early work schedules. Having dinner at a late hour affects sleep quality and overall well-being. I have never seen such food timings before, and it is very difficult for office-goers to manage with this schedule. Current timings: Breakfast: 8:15 AM Lunch: 1:00 PM Dinner: 8:15 PM It would be highly appreciated if the management could consider adjusting the timings to a more reasonable schedule so that residents can eat on time and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

The amenities and facilities provided are generally great, and I do not have major concerns in that regard. However, the biggest issue is the lack of responsiveness and accountability when we report problems. For the one month, I have been continuously following up with the manager regarding an issue, but there has been no proper resolution or ownership taken. In fact, since I joined this PG around four months ago, I have been facing same issue. A problem does not become frustrating because it exists; it becomes frustrating when there is no communication, follow-up, or effort to resolve it. I am posting this review only because of hope that someone from the higher management team/owner notices it and takes appropriate action to improve the complaint resolution process.
