This place honestly deserves zero stars, but since that’s not an option, I’m giving it 1 star. The front desk service was decent, but everything after that was extremely disappointing. The room hygiene was terrible — the bathroom was dirty, and the bed sheets, bedspread, and pillows were all visibly unclean. When we requested fresh ones, the staff responded rudely and showed no willingness to help. The AC remote was missing, and even after repeatedly asking for it, no one bothered to bring one. We had clearly informed them that we were three people, yet they provided only a queen-size bed. Despite multiple reminders, the extra mattress also arrived very late. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. The management seriously needs to improve their cleanliness standards, staff attitude, and quality of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they fix these basic issues.

Don’t be fooled by the so-called “International” name — this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in India. The room was full of bed bugs. I literally woke up scratching myself and found blood on the bed — my own blood — because of the bites. I came here on an official trip, exhausted after a long day, and just wanted to rest. Instead, I ended up dealing with this nightmare in the middle of the night. To make it even worse, there’s no one at the reception. No support, no apology, nothing. This place is an absolute disgrace and shouldn’t even be operational.
