Don't even think of shifting to this PG... it's the worst in the area... there are lots of issues here... If you'll go for breakfast/lunch/snacks/dinner, you'll see that the meal is over and if you'll try to contact manager, at first they won't pick up the call and if they picks up, they will be like, I cant do anything... laundry/housekeeping is not available here..

Pathetic experience at Stanza Living Vernon House. Food quality drops drastically after admission, rooms are not cleaned properly, and there are mice and bed bugs everywhere. Water issues are constant no regular supply or hot water. The lift breaks down frequently, laundry is always delayed, and there’s no proper power backup. Management is unresponsive. It’s not even worth paying 9k, 8k, or 7k you’ll find way better PGs at lower prices. Avoid this place.

I really wanna give negative ratings but I'm only allowed till 1. If you are looking to join a pg i strongly suggest you to avoid any stanza pg. There is no proper response at all when you have a problem with anything. You pay high rents to get bitten by bed bugs every time you sleep. They won't care about you until you don't pay your rent. They'll sweet talk you but don't believe it they won't fix any issues. Kindly go for some other pg than Stanza.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Please do not join this PG. This is my honest review — I lost a lot of money here. After you leave this PG, they will not return your deposit. And if they do, they will deduct a “damages” fee even if you haven’t caused any damage.

The worst pg anyone could choose 👎 They don't provide the basic things ,like there will be no water for 3-4 days not even to wash your face. There will be no proper electricity especially in summers,no hot water in winters while they promise 24/7 hot water and the main thing comes here there's no proper maintained of hygiene, before joining this pg just try to visit the basement of this pg and have a look ,it's so unhygienic and it literally stings over there ,we can't even have our food down there,and the worst part is food I wish I could rate in negative. And people living in higher floors are de@d for real because every month the elevator stops working for atleast a week or more

One of the best people in this student pg and I was honored to know them, but the building is clean and the cleanliness is perfect compared to any other pg, but the food rate is not suitable for me. I got an apartment and asked for the insurance for my money. He refused to return my money.

My bike was missing today. I had parked it in front of the pg. when I checked -in to the room they said they have security no problem park infront of PG. Then only I agreed and parked, now what happened you have irresponsible securitys in pgs and even u put on the posters like we cctv security but in front building u have only one camera even that camera also did not cover the whole area. Now stanza company should take responsibility for this because they are irresponsible that is why this happened.

Worst maintenance... The management won't even care if there is a problem... If the power goes out nobody will come looking for the problem you have to be in your room with the mosquitoes.. Wouldn't recommend this pg to any close friends of mine.

I would say its one of the worst pg you could ever get with high price range...I've been staying here from 4 months and there is no proper services provided!!..There was no water for 3days, no wifi for a month even its repaired after a month wifi speed won't go above 2-3mbps...Trust me you will get better stay than this one with price range of 8k-12k per month.
