Had Terrible experience with the refund.The sales person really helped but I believe the CRM Team can be more helpful which they aren’t. also there is no Grivence management to that. You can’t complain any where if you are not satisfied.

Worst management.after you sign the booking agreement they will be like dictator and will be always dictating new rules and regulations totally supporting brigade.as a customer you will feel cheated and you won't have any control.they will raise the demand of money so frequently that they snatch the 95 pc of money in first year of construction promising early possessions and then they will be sleeping next two years and saying finishing work in progress and most irony they don't allow your own unit visit till possession and if you get visit it will be in best case scenario near registration.any request you make its always no.even they are not allowing 3rd party inspection.gail pipeline is coming in middle of kitchen and you can't put dado tiles and they are neither changing nor letting customer change it giving all bullshit reason which is not there with other builders.you can't take measurements for interior before possession and registration and possession keeps on getting delayed, irony is people who chose brigade's own interior called brigade plus their units are fully done with interior even before oc and the one who not chose brigade for interior for then they don't even allo

Had a bad experience with the site visit. The sales personal has an attitude which is much much higher than the overpriced Apartments. They are quoting the price which is way higher in this area and which a non negotiable price. The water source is only Tanker water and the Maintenance cost will be way too high. Think twice before booking. Possession in 2028 which will easily go upto 2030. You will get lot of Villa s or row houses from the good builders nearby for the same price. Needs a little bit of research. Note to Sales Staff- Guys you can't even dream of affording an apartment here. So please respect people who are visiting to book an apartment here. Atleast they are in a better shape than you. Keep your attitude in your pockets.

Brigade lake front completed 5 years ago doesn't have a compound wall yet, which is a very basic need, residents are having sleepless nights due to various security threats on daily basis. Disputed property under litigation with land owner, with major security flaw has been dumped on the association and you guys have washed your hands off. How about Calista? Are you following the same model even here?

Really don't understand who makes these plans.No doubt it's Brigade, but flats have balconies either north or south means there will be darkness for 6 months, no direct sunlight Edit after the response: All buyers are either investors or first time buyers who know nothing about flat directions. If you can get direct sunlight in winter for north facing balcony flats , then it's a commitment from me, I will invest in your project

It’s located in Industrial area. The chimney of the industry is next to phase 2 of Brigade Calista. Waking up with black smoke is serious health hazard posting pics taken at 7:00 AM in the morning

I see three major issue with the project. 1. Design - I see brigade group always comes with same design, where scope of sunlight is minimum. It seems business is more important than providing natural ambience for each home buyer. 2. Very crowded. Having 10 flats in each floor with just 2 lifts is not at all good. And again this is common across all brigade projects. 3. Overpriced - project is priced way too high. Apart from this, I have seen previous project where residents are complaining about poor quality accessories like door locks and switches. Quality of basic accessories are compromised in a high price projects.

I wish I could give lesser than 1 star after visiting it today! Mr. Keerti was least interested in talking about the project and just kept asking - do you have any more questions again and again without having him explained anything. He just showed and talked about the project just for the sake of it. And once done went back to his team of sales "managers" for time pass chatting. If only he had spent that time with customer may be he could have got one more booking Best way to judge any builder CRM/Marketing/Sales - Dress like an ordinary person and without any expensive vehicles. The way they treat you will be an eye opener for many. Coming to the project : The model flat itself didn't look to be done cleanly. The dimensions are smaller than other Big Name projects near Kadugodi. But as usual the prices are double , quality is half, talking about project*0 + knowledge about sales*0 + customer interaction *0 = 0. The 3bhk one had some kind of weird plan with placement of living and dining areas. First time ever you will see a brochure which says "with foyer" and "without Foyer" ????????? The location is so far from realty wherein even Whitefield feels within the city. And yet th

Pros: overall floor plan and amenities looks good and promising. Project is at very good location. Right on the Whitefield-Airport road Which is already 4 lane. Cons: Situated in industrial area and sharing boundary with major manufacturing industries. Go to the backyard of project and you will see glass, glue, gas, sandpaper and other manufacturing companies, which produces hazardous chemical waste.

Cons: 1. NO BOREWELLS! ( when we enquired they said its not allowed in Bangalore after 2019, hence they didn’t get approval) so they depend on tankers. 2. Over priced. For Budigere area, what they charge is very high. I mean are you serious? To quote 1.5Cr and more for a 3bhk 3T saying that the area would develop in the coming years? And project completion expected in Dec 2027, which I am sure will get extended as what happened with Utopia. 3. Enquire about the area! Many factories still operating in that area, emitting toxic chemicals, old dumpyard adding more to the contamination. The sales people will not admit this, which certainly is their job. 4. They say that all units are sold out except 3,4,18th floor to everyone and push you to go with those ones which they find very difficult to sell. Pros: 1. Brand value will make resale easy 2. Lot of amenities and open space 3. Close to the main road which will develop in future.

Brigade's quality is commendable, but the pricing for this location seems exorbitant. The project is situated in Cheemasandra Industrial Area, surrounded by glass and Pharma factories. On the other side, the presence of the Mandur dump-yard until 2015 raises concerns about water contamination in the area. While the upcoming airport road is a positive addition, the locality lacks essential amenities such as hospitals and public parks. Additionally, it remains in the early stages of development, posing safety concerns at night. The distance from any tech park, approximately 15 kms, results in a minimum one-hour commute. My significant concern is the absence of a borewell and reliance solely on tanker supply for a project of this magnitude. The sustainability of water supply in the future is uncertain as Kaveri supply is not available in this area. These aspects, coupled with the remote location, raise questions about the long-term viability of the project.

I wish I had an option to give 0 star. Posting the review after 5-6 months. Visited the site on the day of phase 2 launch. The only floor option I got for 3B 2T was 1st floor or top floor. Pathetic! I mean on the day of launch they had everything sold. On top of that the sales manger attitude was like I have asked his kidney when I asked for any other option of floor. I still remember he wrote on a post chit with the option 1st, 18th that’s it. 🤬 After a month I got a call from channel partner saying they have availability. Suddenly they have many floor available but with a spike price 700-800 per sq ft raised. The weirdest reason I heard was the investors have released their units. I mean seriously. These all EOi and launches are a gimmick from Brigade and some builders in Bangalore. Glad I didn’t buy any from them.

Open pool and open Gym? Really? Shouldn't these be covered considering weather and privacy? Bad design compared to other brigade projects where these amenities are covered at least. Edited response to brigade: Better water quality is fine, where is the privacy for the pool? It will be free and open show to other flats opp to Pool.

This property is in a good location with spacious units as well but there is a big negative. There is no Kaveri water connection which is obvious in this area but the property don't have any borewell as well. For water provision, they are only depending on tankers and rain water harvesting which will be very difficult for the planned 900 units. Relying on tankers means high maintenance cost and you cannot depend on rainwater after few years always. So, backed out from booking for the water reason.

Worst CRM team I have expérienced till now. I have given 5 star before due to the project and the location...but now I have changed it to 1 star just because of the customer care service and CRM of Brigade.. Utterly disappointed with the delays, carelessness and inefficiency in their conduct. They seems to be always busy, never calls back and makes silly mistakes in documents. The standard reply you will get is that the concerned person is busy and he will call you back, which never happens. The delays you will face to get basic documents from them is unexpected from such à reputed builder. I am facing this torture for 2.5 months now. The management most probably don't care at all as I have heard the same complains from several customers in the same project, facing unnecessary delays due to the customer service, which is either severly short of manpower or filled with highly pampered inefficient people. They have zéro respect for clients time and energy, Once you book and pay, then you will be running after them week after week, without any résolution. A grade builder with à C grade CRM team.

I visited this place today with my family. The project is at upcoming good location but the prices seems to me very high. 9000 Rs per sq feet that too in outskirts of Bangalore is really out of my mind. Seems these days buliders are playing with the emotions of people and people are also foolish the way they are booking the flats without knowing Vastu, asking for the reason of high price, direction, Sunlight etc. Just because it is a A grade builder doesn't mean that you will get everything. A matchbox style closed flats with no sunlight, no proper balcony is getting sold at 1.35 Cr. Possession will be given in 2027 June. Consider it 2028 first quarter only as we can expect some delays too. The direction of the apartment is also something which is difficult to understand. To be honest if you have 1.2-1.35 Crore Rs then either better to invest in FDs or look for a cheaper apartment. I would give one 🌟 only.

Project is at very good location. Right on the Whitefield-Airport road Which is already 4 lane. All social infrastructure in place within 2-3 kms. However the carpet area does not add up to what they have mentioned in brochure. I suggest to prospective buyers please spend some time and calculate the carpet area yourself before buying this property. Price wise it is ok but you would get hardly 60% of carpet area.
