After staying here for 10 months, I think my review is probably the most detailed one here. ( I stay in single sharing btw) 1. The food quality has gotten better sometime but also dropped, complaining to the owner usually helps. 2. The rooms are small for double sharing/ triple sharing but ok for single sharing. 3. The rent is on the higher side but considering the location, it's justified. 4. Cleanliness depends on the caretaker, I have had multiple caretakers while I stayed in the PG, some of them broom and mop spotlessly, while others do it carelessly. However, the owner keeps asking about the cleaning being done. 5. Bathrooms are cleaned once a week. The small problem is that if you leave the PG on Sunday, your room will remain uncleaned. 6. The PG is adjacent to main road which is an adjacent as well as disadvantage, the disadvantage is that there's loud traffic and dust nearby, but the PG being in girinagar, there are 2-3 parks nearby to go enjoy nature. 7. The PG is near to Zepto, Blinkit and more for getting essentials. Things that can be improved: 1. Hot water is available only in the morning. 2. 10:30 curfew ( but ig locking is essential because of drunkards roaming ar

Last year I was here 1. No ventilation, got breathing problems 2. Food OK, rice items are dangerous to health 3. Putting the floor in dark, refused to put even zero watt bulb. 4. Closes the door early 10:15, they open that easily. 5. Very congested rooms.

I lived in this pg for only 1 month, I feel like I'm living in hell 😫 Food is not hygiene ... when current is cut ,there is no ups facility Room's are not spacious for 3members... Don't believe room photos which were upload in the Google ..... Pg owner, servants not responding correctly... The pg rent was tooo costly.... Don't go for this pg ...this pg owner doing business of money making ... Thank you 🙏

I stayed here for 2months. Firstly the food is worst they provide same kinda food on dinner. at starting they will say its non veg pg but within this 2months only 3times i got non veg. maintanence is somewhat good. they deduct 1000 for maintance charge for 2months. 7500 for three sharing rooms. rooms are small for three sharing. Better look another PG

Talking about food I'm thinking i should call it food or something else i dont know, owner of this pg is greedy of money and if we ask our deposit she says 1k maintainance which was not told before joining.I stayed 3 months and just ate 8-10 days in this worst pg, if i ask she says i dont care i work like this only What to say this people just taking advantage of students Dont fall for this guys....!

I have stayed for three months in this PG. BAD FOOD Pros- The location is good. My room was neat and clean Cons- 1.)Very expensive for the kind of service they are offering. 2.)Food is BAD (quit pg food in less than a month) 3.)The lift is always spoilt. 4.)There is NO hot-water available at all.

1. Rooms: 3 sharing/2 sharing/single room. They are not clean- sticky floor. The floor and toilet cleaning is done ones In a week. Hot water available through gas geyser. Morning 6-10AM only. Sometimes the water is muddy. You will be provided with a bed without sheets and a pillow without cover.(Good initiative looking at Covid conditions) A dusty table that is not cleaned for ages and a plastic chair. Rooms on 1st and 2nd floors are dark and no sunlight. 3rd and top floor rooms are airy and bright. One can dry clothes on terrace. And in rainy can dry clothes in the room. 2. Food: The room charges includes food (BF/Lunch/Dinner) Sunday Dinner is unavailable. Food is a mandatory package. Quality of food is below average. 3. Ambience/Services: The elevator to reach the higher floor did not work at times and is faulty. It was under maintenance for more than 15 days during my stay and had to walk through stairs. There are no recreational activities like carrom or TT. Pros: A good option if your office/ college is in proximity from girinagar- Banashankari .
