**Not Recommended – Poor Management and Unprofessional Behavior** My experience at this PG was extremely disappointing. The owner, Vivek, and his father, unfortunately, exhibited unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Despite the official one-month notice period rule, we were suddenly told to vacate the premises within two days, which was both unfair and unexpected. Vivek's father even falsely claimed to be a "deputy captain," but his actions were far from what you'd expect from someone in such a position. Vivek seems to rely heavily on his father, and sadly, their true nature only became apparent after we paid the advance and moved in. They lack basic courtesy and professionalism, treating tenants as though they are doing us a favor, even though we were paying for the room. Our concerns were constantly ignored, and their approach was often arrogant and dismissive. The person responsible for managing the PG, Shumer, also added to the unpleasantness. While he appeared to be understanding, he would later misrepresent our concerns to the owner, which created a lot of unnecessary tension. Stayed in flat, stayed in pg but the food is best here. Any issue if ever is resolved promptly (though rarely any). And location is really good as everything is just outside. This was in top 2 of my comprehensive list of all the places that I checked in GGL and hands down a good decision.
