“This subha pg and other 4 PG( sunrise dulex Pg ) in hesaraghatta near sapthagiri College this all 5 pg holding same person . It's biggest fraud and scammer person I ever seen . I already stay in this PG October 11, 2023to December 10,2023 room number 302. This building situated opposite of Phoenix PG. When I enter this PG they told me about rent and deposit money 3000 rs, when you leave this PG we will deducted 1000 as a mentanence cost and also serve 1 month notice . After leaving this Pg 1 and half month are already past but still they did't give my deposit money even they don't receive my call , not responding my sms. Nothing. Then service 3rd floor approximately every room have termite bug in the bed when you visit room check every bed, there are black sport also wall this the sign of termite. Cleaning is daily basis bathroom and room also . But this cleaning is like showoff. Food, when you enter this PG they promised weekly 1 day egg( Wednesday)and one day chicken (Sunday). But reality is in whole week you stay as per survival of fittest.Either timely like morning within 8 am , noon within 1.30 pm . But in night is very different to say which time they give food . No manag”

“Worst PG 1.Regular water Shortage,boys go without freshing in morning, no clean drinking water and unhygienic low quality food served , 2.Slow wifi ,less parking space . 3.Dining Area filled with Stinking Garbage, 4.non cooperative manager ,always Argue with boys if u complaint, they don't return deposit in name of maintenance charges, toilet not cleaned properly Overall frustrated boys ,”
