“One of the worst pg in this area , best to avoid it at any cost especially if you are a student, they will make you sign contract and do as they wish as you are trapped by that contract which says no refund if you leave pg in between. The food is worst…its only coloured water, and the management arrogantly says that’s the food we serve and if you want to eat it eat otherwise leave it. There will be lots of water problems, no water in morning. The rooms are not ventilated at all. No dedicated parking space for bikes you have to leave it on road at yours own risk instance of parts (like batteries , indicator) robbery from bike is common, plus the mouse will eat your bike wiring which is costly to repair. Basically avoid it at any cost.”

Tarun Rajput★★★★★I stayed here for 8 months so I want to share an honest review so that it might be helpful for others who want to stay here. When it comes to living in PG the main concern is food. Overall, basic amenities like cleaning, Wi-Fi, and washing machines were satisfactory. First of all, Stanza has 4-5 branches here in Bangalore. They have a common kitchen where the food is prepared and distributed across the different PGs. When the food is prepared over 100 people then the process has to start very early. Whatever is served to us is usually prepared at least 3 hours in advance. The breakfast is served at 730 and usually the breakfast arrives at around 545. The same applies to lunch and dinner. They do have a machine warmer buffet to keep the food hot however it was not functional for the entire time I stayed. Apart from the rent, they take 6000₹ maintenance fee but they do nothing. Every month additional 250₹ is added to your monthly bill saying wastage of water or water charge increased by the supplier. Rohit Khyalappa★★★★★Don't believe these 5 star fake reviews. This is the only review you need for Stanza Calabar House after having been stayed for 6-7 months. This review is not for other stanza residentials. Pros: Well established system in place. Problems are resolved in less time. Cons: The most important aspect ie food is awful and disagreeable to the fees. Taste is bad ,lack of variety. No action to the feedbacks received. The app asks feedbacks to each meal consumed but sadly stanza takes no action Oh yes , the app is terrible ,engineers behind app dev or whoever stanza outsourced to has not done a good job its annoying. The infracture is terrible, I feel stanza rushed into leasing out a PG just because there was demand. Problems show every 2 weeks or so(plumbing mostly).
