No hot water facility was given inspite of raining complaint and finally I had to move out. Now awaiting Security deposit whi h they have still not refunded is on hold by saying it's a technical error.

Stanza Living is a professional fraud company. Enquiry through the stanza apps says to reserve a booking by paying Rs1000/- before the scheduled visit and mentioned as this amount is REFUNDABLE. But later if you visit and do not proceed with booking by paying Rs6000/- then later they will block your number. During visit to see the property , the person there will act as if there is no vacancy and whichever room they shows to you they act like just now someone booked it . Like this they will show 3 to 4 room and create a scene as if all these rooms booked by someone through some other executive dynamically, So you will mentally pressurize to pay them instantly Rs6000/- as advance non refundable booking. Now your onwards you are in their trap. Do not go for Stanza , they are totally fraud. 99% cases they don't refund deposit amount. The attached snip which they advertise stating the Rs1000/- will be refunded and no questions would be asked is totally false. They will not generate any receipt or payment successful message. You will have only proof of bank statement. They will block your number. You will not have any source to contact them. They will not receive your call as they ca

I stayed for 6 months here. My suggestion will be not to choose Stanza for multiple reasons. 1. You will not get washing machine here. 2. Food is also pathetic and you will have to order from restaurant. 3. They are a lot for maintenance like water+electricity charges. It will be more than 2000 every month. 4. They have started laundry service where you need to spend again. 5. Cleaning is also bad. Only good thing could be if your office is nearby.

Very arbitrary pricing. They were charging more than 32k per month for more than 1 year stay for single sharing. When shifted to another place, offered Rs.18k. So negotiate properly. Initially security was good..now doors are always open. Food is bad and lunch is not available. Service is worst as everything is through app...which is useless. Can't complain and nobody listen. No mobile connectivity inside room..Can't call from inside. Wifi quality could not be worse.

Avoid staying here, especially in Seattle House. The resident captain is unhelpful, and the management seems focused on squeezing more money out of residents. - Electricity charges? Outrageous! A single room’s bill goes up to ₹3,500 per month—even if you barely use the common area, you’ll still pay for it. - Laundry? They’ve removed washing machines, so you have no choice but to pay for their laundry service. - Wi-Fi? You get just 105GB per month; exceed that, and you’ll have to pay extra. - Constant water & electricity issues! Be prepared for frequent disruptions, adding to the frustration. For the high price you’re already paying, the experience is frustrating and not worth it. If you’re considering staying here, think again—renting your own flat will bring you much more peace!

I recently moved into Stanza Living (Bellandur, Bangalore) in March 2025, signing a 6-month contract, but the experience has been terrible. Right after joining, they changed the system—removed washing machines and introduced a paid laundry service (₹40+tax per kg). They also switched to a recharge-based electricity model, deducting at least ₹55 per day. Food management is a disaster—no proper plates, spoons, or hygiene. These sudden changes feel unfair and exploitative. No maintenance of playing area. If you're looking for transparency and good amenities, avoid this place!

The food quality is poor, and the service is equally disappointing. Despite being very costly, the accommodation lacks proper facilities, making it an overall frustrating experience. It’s simply not worth the hassle!

A disappointing experience at Stanza Living Seattle House in Bellandur. The food quality is quite poor and leaves much to be desired. Another major issue is the electricity charges, which can go as high as ₹1500 to ₹2000 per month—an unexpectedly high expense. Additionally, residentials are facing incidents where clothes went missing from dry area. While the building has CCTV cameras, complaints are not entertained by any of the Stanza's person, which is extremely frustrating. Initially, they make everything seem smooth and well-managed, but the reality is far from it. Overall, it's been quite unsatisfactory living here

They find innovative ways to increase rent 1. Internet is 40mbps with only 150 gb for a month. 2. Electricity is from meter while it was fixed before 3. Laundry is paid 4. Not returning the security deposit after leaving 5. You can't break the contract. Dont stay here, find some local pgs

Best SLUM experience ever!!! The common area looks like the area you throw garbage in. There is no water, no electricity now. Ants in room. Cockroaches in the mess area. Rats in common area. What more can you ask pay 23k for a room and you will get the best slum experience ever. And you want sasu maa experience just talk to their staff here. What more can you ask?
