By mistake without information if u use swimming pool they charge you even though if u stay at the resort. Specially I have choosen that resort because of the Pool after using that they have charged me. front office staff they says that if u take AC rooms swimming pool will not be charged. This will leads wrong impression on SK international.

I had a terrible experience at this resort and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was completely unprofessional. The gate security guard was especially rude and unhelpful — instead of welcoming us, he behaved as if we were causing him trouble just by arriving. He refused to give clear directions, spoke in an arrogant tone, and showed no basic courtesy. Inside the resort, the service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and acted like they were doing us a favor whenever we asked for anything. There was no sense of hospitality or care at all. For a place that calls itself a “INTERNATIONAL RESORT,” the overall experience was shockingly poor. If management doesn’t improve staff training and attitude, I doubt this place will have many returning guests. Definitely not worth the time or money.

I suggest you do not visit here, we have visited there for 3 times at first visit they charged Rs2635 and for the next time, when we called he said ok uh can pay 2635 uh can come , then they charged 3k something and that room fan is continuously shaking and sound is also cmng so we requested to change the room they didn't even change, and for 3rd time when we already called them and asked chekin timings they said if uh book through sites( online ) uh have to checkin by 2pm and the amt was 2203, if u checkin directly u can come now will charge 2869 and after gng there they said uh have to check in at 2pm otherwise uh have to pay 500 extra.... Why don't uh ppl inform before visiting.... Everytime they do like this only... Seriously will never gonna visit again, always uh ppl demand for extra amount.... Worst experience and they don't even respond properly, the food is also so expensive and taste is also not good, if someone is visited for the 1st time, next time he never gonna visit again 💯 stick to your words first, when customer calling uh asking you about timings and amt wt uh promised give it to that amt only when they visit don't demand extra amt...

We had booked a room for 4 days and they gave us a room with construction going on overhead and only after we complained they agreed to change the room. And after that a couple of our friends came to visit us and my husband had gone to the restaurant the receptionist comes knocking to the door and starts shouting and screaming at me in a very rude manner saying that we are bringing unauthorised people into the room etc although our friends had already registered at the security near the entrance and the security had let them in. Worst experience would never visit again

They said 24 hrs checkout but after Booking they are pushing us for only 12 hrs checkout. No Room service atll bathrooms are not clean. Complimentary food very worst. I would suggest the management to have certain standards keep up the promise made we were very much disappointed regarding the changes in behavior after the business is over. For every call we ask for need to wait for the confirmation all the way from new Zealand where nothing went right at last. Either run the show directly or keep up decision making within the resort 👎

Ashok is not suitable as manager for this property. Because of his wrong assumptions and decisions, hotel will loose the business. Over call he promised to give room and when we reached the property he refused to give the room, He not even opened the gate. We booked the room on spot from make my trip and called him to accommodate but still he refused and said the hotel is sold out. We disappointed and left the place in the midnight. In few minutes I received a call from Cop saying we created scene at hotel. And the cop was telling us we came with a girl so Ashok didn't accommodated us. How can he give this kind of rubbish statement on people. Girl with us would be wife , sister or friend. Very bad experience we had. Management should take action against his behaviour.

Manager Ashok & Girish ad made fake promise by fooling us for accommodation of room we were 10 of us but he didn’t give discount to we did full event der for 35,000 for 50 people Der was no worth they should have given some discount but he didn’t give us room. From 3:30pm to 8:00pm we were waiting der and requesting him so badly but he didn’t we we’re very tired and disappointed we reached om late night a worst experience in dis resort.
