Hi Mr.Nitish, First of all you were not at all available to greet us when we were at your resort. Your servents were not sure how to greet their customers. I was 💯 sure that we will get a bad response to our comments. I have no profit in writing a bad comment. Have u taught we have planned a trip with out money. Before thinking like that I would tell u something that we have paid u 5000rs in advance to u before coming to ur resort. We have reached ur resort at 9:00 and they have provided with a bad breakfast at 10:30 and worst coffee there was no filter water facility .then to show the tourists place u have sent a jeep and Said to pay 2k that was not a problem for us , but the person whom u have sent to show the tourists place was not knowing tourist places only then how can we waste our money there . You said to put Google map to reach the tourists place .If i need to go by Google map I would taken my own vehicle and drive instead of coming to ur resort. When we visited ur resort for the first time it was really good so we trusted u and paid the advance amount also . But now we lost the trust on u we really felt very very bad this time. I have taught that not to write a ba

Money scam on food never recommended to buy any food r starters at the place # 1 plate kabab 800rs 12 pieces . * I asked to owner Nithin he said that this they charge normally . *That chicken wat they provided was not even a 1 kg For 750 grm I paid 2400/₹ * Night dinner was too bad rice with a red colour that they call it as biryani . *Taste not good full local oils they use for cooking . *The owner doesn’t share the food menu before when u book he keeps on hold at the time of check out u will get the bill in higher price . * I don’t recommend this stay . Money scammmmm . * only the location was good .

Hopefully next guests get better pathetic service.I have also attached screenshot of similar experience from other guest below but the management seems to not care about.This place was suggested by friend, we were not treated well, the place is not clean, especially rest room due to which we skipped taking bath. The non veg food was pathetic to say the least, dude of that was from same batch why on earth Google shows one month ago

Place is good, but need to improve a lot in hospitality. Staff is not polite, they don't know how to talk to customers. People work in entire year they will visit for relaxation but resort people will behave in rough manner, people will found difficulties. There is no clear communication of activities (that will be for kids or adults). Don't choose by looking at the pics in internet.

Worst experience. Don't pre-book even if they ask. Best is to go check the location and see if they're providing all the services they mentioned on the phone. For us, they started excuses for not providing some of the services. When we asked why clarity was not given on the phone and also made the price changes for not giving those services, they said it was complimentary. Were asked to leave in 5 mins if we were not ready to accept it. The room was okayish, but drinking water (not available inside the room), wifi were not available as cel network was pretty poor over there. That's a 5 min understanding tho.

Me and my friends stayed here one night. before booking they talked politely after check in they were telling another price about food.and price much costlier and food is also not good and didn't get what we ordered also not responding coustomers properly. night meal didn't provided at proper timings. when they provided that time all of my friends are slept.and fire camp is also worst and proper light not provided at our fire camp area after several time we called for light they didn't responded well. When we asking about night meal they were playing caroom.

Very poor experience, we talked to the owner at around midnight booked the stay, firstly he was insisting to pay the money before arrival at the destination and when we reached there he started taking extra money without offering the services promised. When enquired from my side he said you can leave. MUST NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME FOR AN ill MANNERED AND RUDE BUISNESS MAN WHO DONT VALUE CUSTOMERS.

One of the worst experience, dont trust the people too much in this resort and without confirmation do not order extra food. They are standing for make a money dats all. Guys so many resorts are at sakleshpur so dont choose this one... They are saying everything is lie only.

Mr. Nithin, This is Mainak Bal. Hope you remember me. Can you please confirm if you will actually return back my advance or not. It’s been 2 months now and you completely stopped attending my calls. It’s not about the 3K that I paid you in advance, it’s about the promise that you give - “if someone cancels the schedule 7 days prior booking date, entire advance amount would be refunded.” People trust you…that’s why they book your resort and pay you in advance. In return you should also show them the transparency. If your advance booking amount if completely non-refundable, you could have told that in advance. Rock Fort stay sakleshpur, was not at all happy with food provided there, me and my friends planned to spend quality time at rock fort during new year, but it was not worth for money what we paid, food was bad, also unhappy with respect what they showed towards customer. Place was ok ok, try to check for other places in sakleshpur pretty sure you will get better one. And rock fort needs to improve in lot many aspects.

After seeing the negative comments it's up to you guys to visit this resort or not He is so worried about Google reviews last time also before check out forcely asking to give good comments so many of them experienced First of all when I arrived the resort he himself not there in the resort and he himself telling to there staff to Take us . But who arranged to pick us that staff they are asking us for which places you want to see put a Google map i will take there For putting Google map and travel is not big task to anyone then why you need to go there take your own vehicle and go with map insted of simply wasting money Come to food and hygiene if you go with your family please take drinking water there is no filter water and that also owner himself telling we are drinking normal water noting happen to us this is the answer what I received Last but not list he given package for only accomodation and food not for everything and also please check each and everything before you go After receiving the advance he will break the things like petrol and for other hill station our vehicle not support to go You can hire there again you need to pay Finally it's upto you guys to v

Mr owner thank u for your humanitarian step for providing us cottage in rate of tent ⛺ house and made that cottage room a public toilet for your 69 guest from 6 clock morning they started knocking door and 10 to 15 members used toilet we didn't even took bath thank you for u r hospitality

Worst home stay with zero activities & Ambience in Sakleshpura Please don’t visit & then Mr Nithin why do u charge in resort price u would have charged in home stay price Right Don’t run behind Money , Be loyal to customers
