“My son wanted a twin sharing room here and paid ₹100 as registration fee nearly 15 days before commencement of his 6 months of tentative stay. As per zolo's email he was assured confirmation would be received three days before his actual date of stay. In reply to my son's regular reminders he was assured confirmation would be sent well before his planned stay date. But till the date of his departure to Bangalore from Chennai they didn't send any information. On reaching the PG the care taker told no room was available and nearly 20+ people were in their waiting list. Though the PG seems to be good but they don't care customers' time and money. Very poor customer service. Finally they refunded the registration fee.”

“Staying here from past 6 months, the cockroaches in building are 10thousand times more than Humans!. The building is in poor condition, like building of an old prison. Building have more permanent issues than rooms, Not Washing Machine, Poor lift, corridor lights and many more, told and raised tickets many times company does nothing. There is many more issues towards hating this place. The only reason of staying in this is that my office is very near cant afford travel.”

“The worst stay place of all. Room is full of cockroaches, no light and ventilation. They provide appliances which do not work but charge bills for all that. Biometric doesn’t work, anyone can enter the building Doesn’t even deserve half a star”

“Very poor management. Half the things stop working every other day. Only thing they care about is getting money. Good if you want a place to stay for a month while you sort out your accommodation, but nothing more than that.”

AV N★★★★★Pre Booked a place a month ago. Planned to move to this place next week. Called their customer support team a month back after pre booking and was told that be rest assured the rooms would be booked. But now after speaking to the location manager I have been informed that the room is not available. Customer support are now giving me the run around. So now I am stranded no place to stay and I have only 3 days to search for a new place. Avoid ZOLO stays as much as possible.
