I Dr Sudeshna, working at Fortis hospital, BG road, was residing at this pg, and didn't find the place to be very conducive to stay. The food was spicy and quality was ok. Everyday cleaning was average, and not upto the mark. Even though there was security, safety was always a concern. My contract of stay with the place was for 6 months but due to medical emergency I had to leave the place. The sales or the customerservice care makes no efforts to refund the 1month extra rent and maintainance that I had paid during my joining. Incase of a medical emergency it is expected that the refund is initiated, as am sure of not returning back to this place.

I have been living in this pg for 3 yrs now. Don't even move into this pg. To all the parents who think this is the best pg you csn get, no, not at all. Dont get fooled by the 5 star reviews and their sweet talks. They'll just ask people to put some sweet reviews. Look at the poor reviews from genuine students who lived here and you'll understand those are students who have been treated unfairly by the pg. There are much better pgs nearby. Better Don't move into a pg nly. Choose a flat that's worth your money. This myroomie will come begging behind you to sign the agreement eventho you try to negotiate the terms. All the terms in the agreement are in their favour. Even tho they know the college term is only 10 months( 99.9% here are clg students frm christ), they'll draft the contract for 12 months, making you pay for the duration you won't even be here. And to begin with the refund of caution deposit. They won't. You have to keep gng behind them. Brtter give up thinking it as charity. The food is pathetic and average. And to begin with their customer support team, they are the most arrogant people to be working there. In one word, They'll get your money nicely for the pathetic ser

I’ve realized it was a big mistake to sign a one-year contract with this PG. The experience has been extremely disappointing. Every day feels like a struggle—you constantly have to fight for basic necessities. The worst part is the food. It's completely tasteless and has started causing various health issues. And if you take food more than once, you’re treated very rudely—as if you’ve done something wrong. There have been multiple instances of food shortages too, leaving residents hungry. To make matters worse, they don’t provide dinner on Saturdays at all. So you end up spending an additional ₹2,500–₹3,000 every month just for snacks and dinner outside on weekends. The rent policies are another major issue. They charge two months' advance rent (₹19,600) plus a ₹15,000 caution deposit—meaning ₹34,600 is locked with them. I’ve never seen any other PG demanding such an unreasonable amount. For that kind of security deposit, you can easily get a good 1 BHK in this area. Please think twice before choosing this place. I deeply regret staying here.

They are the highest charging PG in that area, food not up to the mark, most of the time my daughter was forced to eat outside. Before deciding, please check with other PGs in Christ college area, you will get better one, even without paying any deposit. I came to know about this only after I fell in their trap. My bad experience with them is that they are not refunding the Caution Deposit, saying breach of contract. For breach of contract, they have charged me 2 months advance rent of 31,000 plus maintenance charges 5000, which they have collected in advance along with 15k as caution deposit. I told them that they can forfeit everything except 15000 ( Caution Deposit). I found that there are lot of complaints like this in the reviews. I have decided to file a petition before the Consumer Court as they have refused to refund the Caution Deposit. Please think twice before taking this PG.

Third grade pg. There is no water in washroom rooms, locks are not functioning properly, exhaust fans donot function, in the name of breakfast there is a shortage. They hardly served 1 idli or so. Even in lunch only rice and sambhar was served. Parents please ensure surprise visits and save ur daughter. My daughter did not have a room partner we requested for some one to be with her but unfortunately their sales manager tulika said it's not our responsibility. I waited till 11 pm for them to sort out the issues but no resolution finally my daughter herself made an arrangement with some one So please donot let your daughter's stay in hell. As they are very good in show off but too bad in execution. Top of it they said we cannot refund they have cheated me with entire 39000 rs. It was like paying the charge of staying in Taj standard hotel. Save your loved ones and avoid sending your daughter's to this pg

Operates with just a money-making mindset. they charge the highest in the area. Despite knowing academic year ends by June, they compulsorily make contract till july end compelling us to pay an extra 36000 for 2 months when the room has already been vacated. We were only paid Rs 10000 when we were supposed to get back Rs 15000 as caution deposit despite submitting the receipt. Also, they don't provide an option to rent without food.

Absolutely horrible experience. This is a nasty place run by irresponsible jerks who won't refund YOUR money. They have the AUDACITY to cut your calls and refuse to talk to you while showering you with personal insults when you try to ask for your money back. Complete lack of basic decency and common courtesy. Don't know why people like this run businesses. A friend of mine has been trying for the past few months to get her money back and these idiots are not even responding properly. Please don't go here ever. Worst place. These people should be sued for their lack of competence and total indifference.
