The PG will randomly increase rents for current tenants while offering a lower rent to new tenants. The rent was suddenly increased by 25% (17000 to 21000) in last 2 months itself. They are still offering the same 17000 rent to new tenants. Electricity Bill will be charged as per their whims and fancies ranging from 500-2000 for same usage. Any clarification request will go unanswered. The PG management and zolo care is a joke. Caretakers and housekeeping staff hired by them leave every month leaving all the issues hanging without any resolution. Only rigorous followup you will ever get will be once you miss paying the rent. All money and no services. This is a disgrace. I am planning to leave soon.

Worst Service !!! They are not able to provide the basic aminities like water on a regular basis. Staffs and property manager are careless. Stray dogs are coming inside and scratching cars. They are increasing the rent but service remains unprofessional. Housekeeping staffs are getting changed in every 2 months . Sometimes cleaning is also not happening due to lac of manpower. Please avoid this accommodation at any cost.

This has been one of my worat experiences. 1. Rent increased from 18000 to 22000 in 6 months. 2. I stay alone. I dont cook, dont use AC or geyser and go to work 5 days a week. I got an electricity bill of Rs 1300. I have asked 3 times but they just say they have checked and all is fine. 3. Stray dogs come in..scratch cars, destroy delivered pdts and zolo's reply is they have provided the facility but our personal items are our responsibility. 4. Generator has not been working for days. And the customer support is useless. Please DONT CHOOSE ZOLO

​I lived here for three years, from 2020 to 2023, and it's a well-maintained property. My main issue was the billing system; tenants had to pay their electricity bill along with a shared common bill. I've been considering moving back, but the recent rent increase was surprising and much higher than when I left.
