“1. Owner is the worst ever guy, arrogant, manipulative, complete money minded 2. He doesn’t respect the tenants, he argues with everyone daily. 3. He doesn’t listen to any of the problems, if reported. He comes up with some funny reason when you enquire abt the progress. 4. Complete money business and zero accountability towards responsibilities 5. Food is okay-ish but could be far better 6. Only one filthy washing machine for all the 200+ tenants, always occupied. 7. Cleaning wise the worst ever PG

If you ever come to some discussion with the worst ever owner, he simply says the same word to everyone *Pack your bags and leave now itself*

He thinks tenants are his servants. He says he has years of experience in managing the PGs but doesn’t even know the basic sense of behaving and responding with tenants. Me and my friends left the PG for the same reason. Have some patience and look for some good PG instead of joining this and suffering from his worst behaviour and illogical reasons.”
